Question on Lord Vader

    Unfortunately, I agree with those who say he would have been executed. He was the symbol of the Empire; the Enforcer. Lets not forget, it was (most likely) HE who killed most of the Jedi in the purge, he was the muscle working for Emporer Palpatine, and was widely known to be just that. The NR would have executed him, no matter what change of heart he may have had. Even IF they believed that he had turned back (which is doubtful), they still would have wanted him to pay the ultimate price. And I also agree that he would have walked willingly to his execution, finally at peace.

    It's not like there are any witness to contradict this belief.


    Well MeBeJedi, i think the credit should certainly go to Tarkin. In my opinion he was much more evil than Vader, the way he destroyed Alderaan on a whim with as much concern as if he was ordering a pizza! Peter Cushing rules!
