question on putting movies on dvd

hey, whenever i put one of my movies it goes onto full screen like i want it to but the quality is terrrible its obviously been streched out.so my question is how do i or what program do i use to make it good qualityat full screen on a dvd disc

What resolution are your movie files?

 

after the final render there around 360,240.

 

You'll need to render at a higher resolution. If the files are that big coming in from your camera you may want to take a look at your capture settings as well. That's far too small for workable quality (as you've seen from the DVDs).
