Question on Sith Lightning.

    Anakin mentioned the Sith uses passion for their power during the opera scene. Is it possible Sith Lightning is conjured up by anger and hatred ? Is that why only the Siths can do that ?

    Does anyone knows where I can find more info here or anywhere else ?

    Sorry if this has been covered before.
