Ok, does anyone know how to find any info on the prices of vehicles, foods, starships, etc. in the SW Galaxy?

Wookieepedia might possibly serve as your first step at determining those prices. Starwars.com might also have some information regarding your search. After those choices I'm not sure.

KOTOR has some stuff, and I think some WOTC (books and online) stuff has prices.

Actually, there is a source book with starship prices. Not the Essential Guides; is it a Wizards of the Coast one? I think it's an old West End Games one.

    Galaxies maybe?

The WOTC one (Starships of the Galaxy) does have prices. I'm not sure about the WEG one.

I'm not talking about games, I'm talking about real starships, like the TIE Defender.

This is one of the most bizarre statements I've seen in a while.

Well, I'm sure Galaxies might have some of the other prices you wanted (i.e. food). It'd be worth a look at any rate.

As for "real starships," your best bet would again be Starships of the Galaxy

And while it doesn't have the TIE Defender, it does include a bunch of other ships. Other WOTC sourcebooks have other starships. For example, the NJO Sourcebook lists the price for a T65XJ3 as 315,000 credits. If you're looking for smaller vehicles, such as walkers, swoops, landspeeders, etc, then the Arms and Equipment Guide (also from WOTC) is a great resource.

You just have to look around to find what you're looking for.

    EDIT:

Or, since I'm in a good mood today, I'll find it for you-

    TIE Defender = 200,000 credits

I think in the old TIE Fighter game you would get berated about how much a fighter cost if you crashed it. Don't really remember too well though.

    o_O

A regular TIE Starfighter? An eyeball? Those things were made to be mass produced for very (relatively) low prices and be destroyed by the dozen. That just doesn't make sense...

Doesn't mean that penny-pinching Empire that's saving up to make an even bigger ÃœberStar Destroyer won't get mad. HEY! That Fighter cost us 25 CREDITS!! That's 25 CREDITS the Empire will NEVER see again! You think TIE Fighters just grow on Trees!?

From the Star Wars Fact File

    Corellian corvette: 1,599,999 credits (used)
    X-wing: 149,999 (new) 90,000 (used)
    Y-wing: 133,999 (new) 65,000 (used)
    Corellian YT-1300: 44,1300 (used)

Starfighters can cost as much as 100,000 credits generally, even small ones like a Headhunter though that has no hyperdrive.

I'd imagine a Tie defender would not cost as much as an X or Y-wing though would still set you bacl a bit.

Bear in mind also that TIEs are MASS PRODUCED for government contracts so they don't have a open market price.

    Hope that can help.

Don't listen to Rebels too much, ThrawnRocks. TIEs are valuable pieces of machinery, and their pilots even more valuable. ;)

The Manual for the TIE fighter game says "though thousands are in use throuought the Empire, we will not allow your incompetence to destroy it in combat" or something like that. And the TIEs' small size makes it hard to it inthe first place.

I have a question, regardin Nihilus:

Story says Nihilus and Sion trained under Traya after they all joined, and in chronicles it said Traya trained Sith Assassins. We know Sion was a Sith Assassin at one point, so wouldn't this mean that Nihilus also was???

On a slightly OT hand: I think Lucien from the KOTOR Comics is Sion, I am more than convinced, especially with Vandar's little hint that he was the "Scion" of his family :p

How do we know that Sion was a Sith Assassin? Where does it say it? How come I never encountered that reference?
