Questions about the mod information system

I have a few questions about the new rules.

1. If a person is asked to be a mod, and they do not give the necessary information, are they automatically denied the job?

2. TFN does realize that if any minor is asked to mod, they do not have to provide the information, correct?

3. Can any demoted mods be reinstated if they give all the requested information within a certain time period?

And no, this is not a "make me a mod" thread. I simply asking these in order to clear up some possible misunderstandings I have.

Yes, all users are 13 -- they say so when they sign up , yes there is a grace period.
