I apologize if this has been chewed over before, but I honestly haven't thought about this in awhile.

In AOTC, we all hear Qui-Gon's voice when Yoda is meditating and we also know that Qui-Gon's dialogue is lifted from TPM because, as far as I know, Liam Neeson suffered an accident and couldn't do the voice-over work.

My question is: Does anyone know what Qui-Gon's original dialogue was going to be? Am I mistaken in what I know of this?

Well, this is what it says in the screenplay:

YODA meditates and suddenly hears a familiar voice, as if from a great distance. It is the voice of QUI-GON JINN, filled with alarm.
    Qui-Gon: (V.O.) No Anakin! No! Don't! No!

So it wasn't much more than ended up in the movie, unless GL planned for more and cut it from his rough draft early on.

A lot of good it did him to watch Anakin. The boy was seduced by the dark side and ended up killing all the Jedi that Qui-Gon was friends with.

    Yes he did.

"He IS the chosen one! He WILL bring balance!"

He saw this first and with greater certainty than any other Jedi in the Order, and he was proved right.
