    ObiWanKnowsMe the quote in your signature makes me feel like Yoda is changed by what Qui-Gon has shown and taught him by Episodes 4-6. I guess that's made more blatant with the stuff Qui-Gon teaches them in Episode III.

    I agree. It seems Yoda began to see things Qui-Gon's way after they began to commune again and the fall of the Republic began.

    As I ponder this more it makes more sense with the Old EU intact. I'm reading the Force Unleashed which led me to research Vader's other apprentices. A whole lot of 'em were kids of Jedi Masters. Surely those Jedi Masters were not on the council and not adhering to the rules of the Order....that's an outsider moreso than a Qui-Gon from where I'm sitting.

    I prefer to think of Qui-Gon as the GFFA equivalent of the Doctor. House is too self-centered and callous to fit in Qui-Gon's shoes.
