Qui-Gon vs. Luke

Say we resurrect Qui-Gon Jinn from the dead and put him up against Luke Skywalker (say, Children of the Jedi era). Who would win?

It might be an interesting battle. I would have to say Luke, but I really don?t have very strong opinions on which dead guy could beat or be beaten by who. It just seems rather pointless. Like Jacen vs. Anakin, I really don?t think it?s an issue anymore.

Excuse me? COTJ era Luke ? ? ? Come on. I'll agree with you that Luke could probably beat Qui-Gon in the NJO. . . but certainly not COTJ era Luke. What a pansy!!!!

 

Qui-Gon; a good deal more attachment to the force, better swordfighting abilities (Luke, IMO, stated to replace flashiness with skill around HoT), PLUS proper lightsabre-dueling training. Not that Luke wouldn't give a good show, but Qui-Gon could take him.

 

Versus threads and SbS threads.

Although I do like Qui-Gon Jinn.

 

Qui-Gonn. I don't care who's Luke's father. Qui-Gonn is more attuned to the Force than Luke ever was or ever will be. One of the best swordsman ever, Qui-Gonn was only beaten by age. Being the son of the chosen one is no match for years of training and the Living Force.
