Quick Galactic Battlegrounds Question

I am not that into games, but I was thinking of buying this one. What kind of game is it? It looks kind of like Command and Conquer, is it?

Think Age Of Empires with a SW look and feel to it and you'll be pretty close.

 

If you've never played Age of Empires II, then think more complex Command and Conquer.

 

Yeah, It's exactly like age of Empires 2 if you've ever played it. It's a great strategy game to play. Any people here interested in joining a team who plays Star Wars Games?
