Welcome to our first quick-games! What are 'quick-games', you are asking? These are games that are quick and easy to play. No game-bans, but colors and titles included of course! Right now we have two games in the pipeline: 1. Get The Rebels 2. Get A Line But there might be more in the future and you're welcome to suggest games! What are the rules for the games mentioned above? Read them below! Get The Rebels The players get a field similar to this one: --abcdefghijk 01xxxxxxxxxxx 02xxxxxxxxxxx 03xxxxxxxxxxx 04xxxxxxxxxxx 06xxxxxxxxxxx 07xxxxxxxxxxx 08xxxxxxxxxxx 09xxxxxxxxxxx 10xxxxxxxxxxx 11xxxxxxxxxxx Behind those ?x?, rebels can be found, but only the host knows where exactly and how many rebels there are. The players start choosing one ?x? after another. It doesn?t matter, if a rebel is found or not, it will be chosen only one ?x? per player and round. The ?x? will be chosen in public by posting. But the player who finds a rebel first gets 2 points for a 4-6 group of rebels, 3 points for a 2-3 group of rebels and 4 points for one single rebel, because a single rebel can hide the best. Every other player who finds other rebels of a already discovered group will get only one point. The player with the most points will get 24 hours of colors. To make it easy for everyone: 1. Game starts 2. First person on the sign up list (called player A) choose an "x" by posting 4D (for example) 3. Host posts if there's a rebel hinding behind the "x". In this case: Yes, there is one and player A gets 3 points. Now everyone know that there's a group of 2 or 3 rebels. So there must be one or two more "X" close to the found one. 4. The second person on the sign up list choose an "x" by posting in the thread. 5. Host posts if there's a rebel or not and so on Get A Line The host will post some coupon (at least about ten) with 25 numbers on it. To sign up every player choose one coupon. Of course no coupon can be chosen twice. After the sign up ended, the host starts posting numbers (from 1 to 25) in a random way (he?ll have sent the random list of numbers to one of the FFC RSA?s before the sign up starts). The players mark the named numbers with a color they enjoy and post ?I got a line!? when one line is completed. This will give the player one point. Who got 5 points first gets colors for 24 hours. ?a line? is defined by horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of 5 numbers. Of course, it?s not allowed to mix the numbers or lines. The one who tries it will be banned from the game for at least two rounds. This should be easy, but to make it even more clear, I make an example with one player a small coupon. Let's say player A choose the coupon: 01-09-07 05-02-08 04-03-06 1. The host posts (say) "04". 2. Player A posts: 01-09-07 05-02-08 04-03-06 3. Host posts "08" 4. Player A posts: 01-09-07 05-02-08 04-03-06 5. Host posts "07". 6. Player A posts: 01-09-07 05-02-08 04-03-06 7. Host posts "02". 8. Player A posts: "GOT A LINE!" 01-09-07 05-02-08 04-03-06 (You see, the numbers 07, 02 and 04 form a diagonal line.) Player A gets one point. Interested? Then let's start with the first game: Get The Rebels. Please, sign up from October 11,2008 to the end of October 24,2008. That ahould give everyone a chance to sign up. Than one or two days to get things ready. This has been [hl=black]APPROVED BY[/hl] [hl=powderblue]Skiara[/hl] Edit: Nothing to see here. Just join the game!
