Is there a definite answer to this question anywhere?

I believe it was somewhere from a few weeks to a few months- to allow the Falcon time to limp to Bespin on it's backup hyperdrive.

Good question, the movie really doesn't give you any sort of definite time period. You should probably consider the amount of time it took for the Falcon to "limp" from the asteroids near Hoth to Bespin's Cloud City and then determine the amount of time Han and Co. were at the city before they were captured.

My guess, maybe about a week to get to Bespin and not even a day at Cloud City. Luke probably had little over a week to train with Yoda before he rushed off. But if you consider the progress he made within this week, then it makes it seem like it should have been longer. No Jedi, not even Luke could learn that much and show progress that quickly I'm assuming.
