Does everybody want an "action figure" scale of play or a "metal miniatures" scale of play. I think that this is less of a "war game" and that a real immediate level of play can be achieved with action figures. But with miniatures you can depict a larger field of play. What does everybody think?

I can see the logic in both alternatives, but I choose the action figure scale. I think they can be more detailed to reflect our characters and costumes. They can also be helpful in focusing on your character and his or her actions and motivations.

I agree with Stacey, we could have a customizing session where everyone brings along an action figure and customizes it to be more like their character.
