Obi-Wan is indeed the second speaker. The first speaker, however, hasn't been mentioned yet.

 

I don't know if you call this cheating, but I was already pretty sure I knew where the quote was from (second speaker so obviously Obi-wan's humour lol), so I flicked through my Clone Wars books looking for the Rancor that I remembered. I quickly realised even before getting to it, that it was Quinlan Vos not Anakin that was with Obi-wan in that fight with Ventress and Skorr.
