  1. A Message For Everyone:

TCW vs. Rebels debates are not allowed in the Television forum. As in, discussions that descend into TCW/Rebels (or any show vs any other show) bashing/gushing will be subject to Mod action. Contrasting the themes, story lines, characters, etc. between the shows is allowed (welcomed, even). "Versus" debates/arguments, however, are a deal-breaker.

The only new stuff is a slide show easter egg of R2. I got it, but I am a Star Wars freak and it was on five dollars.

    LOL, i love that "documentary".
I got the dvd a while ago, the easter egg's the only thing that isn't available on the web, at least not in a legal way.

I was very pleased by the price, but the main reason I bought it was for the quality over what I see from the download. The photo gallery is not good enough to make you buy the disc- Heck, you get 25% of it in the trailer on the AoTC DVD. But me, I'll buy just about anything Star Wars in the DVD format.

I wish it was longer. I had to pay 7.99+ tax for a 20 minute DVD.

But it's a Star Wars DVD!

I own it. It's good stuff. I hope Lucas keeps doing this sort of thing, poking fun at Star Wars in a good natured way. We all tend to take it a bit too seriously at times (I'm certainly guilty of it). But GL seems to know that, in the end, it's just a movie.

I particularly like the interview moments with Natalie Portman. She's surprisingly convincing talking about R2.

This was a cute thing- though it wasn't as funny as the "Jar Jar E! True Hollywood Story" fanfilm that no doubt inspired this mockumentary.

All in all, worth the 5 bucks I paid for it ::)

During the film, there were several references of Artoo being a ladies man. Then the last line of the film reverts back to his girlfriend and she says "I think i'm pregnant."

I also own it. This DVD is a must for any true Star Wars fan. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll wish you were a short, dome-headed droid! Good times for all! I never saw it online, so most of the stuff was new to me (except what was in the preview for it, of course). If you don't have it, find it! Pick it up! It's worth it!

I was going to pick it up on DVD one day at Best Buy, but then I said there was no way I was going to pay $10 for a 20 minute DVD.

I got it for...I think it was 9 bucks through Suncoast.com. I've always thought it was hilarious, so I didn't mind paying that much.

Hayden's implication that Artoo is a pothead just cracks me up every time. :D

I haven't seen it yet *shame shame* but with all this I plan to by the end of the week!

Also. On another thread long since past, I wrote a small summary of Jabba, someone suggested I write a mockumentory "Jabba: Following the Slime"...I am currently in the process of writing it XD
