This posting is in regard to the views blurb written by Lloyd Hart from Fox News. His notion of white vs coloured seems slightly odd for someone living in a society that is very Christian, where Satan and his minions are referred to as the Forces of Darkness and those from Heaven are clad in white. Has he just forgotten this fact, or chosen to ignore it? Many coloured people follow the Christian faith, but you don't hear them complaining about such matters. Also, you have to take into context that LOTR was written during a highly industrial developmental era, where the country was being taken over by monstrous constructions which pump out plumes of smoke and other pollutants which are coloured. It was also around the time of WW2, where the Allies were fighting the Germans and Japanese (the Allies being from the "West"). When talking about the Star Wars saga, it seems strange that this point was made about TPM and not of the original trilogy, where the battle between the Light and Dark Sides of the Force were evident. Again a lack of thought is seen on the part of Mr Hart. The age old battle of good vs evil has always been portrayed as light vs dark.
It seems that Mr Hart needs to think a bit more carefully about his blurbs before publically displaying them.
