    The Last Kingdom is good. It's very Bernard Cornwell, which is a bit off-putting at times, but I enjoyed it. Not as good as Vikings but worth watching.

    Not sure I agree with celebrating a culture that admired strength, conditioning, courage and actual skill and ability rather than blabbering away like a useless, bloated gob*****. Wait... Punk, I'd vote for you and everything you stand for.

    Yeah,elements of Athelstan's story would not match entirely but if you check out his story as it is told in Vikings it's a good narrative IMO.

    Sarge, the Christ who upturns merchants' tables and throws them out of the temple is a Christ that I can relate to!

    Yep, threading a camel through the eye of a needle sounds tough. Let's help them get into heaven by relieving them of the burden of wealth :)

    Now I'm trying to work out what you're placing on the shoulders if you're doing this to the arse.

    They went a bit Pareto in s4 (p1 & 2) spending 80% of the budget on 20% of the episodes. Still worth watching.
