Raleigh Fan Force 1st meeting Saturday April 20, 12 noon, C&B Comics in Oxford, NC

The first official Raleigh Fan Force meeting is now scheduled for 12 noon at C&B Comics , 113 1/2 Main St. in Oxford.

This meeting coincides with the Star Wars CCG Yavin 4 regional competition, where I will be official timer / assistant tournament director to Patrick Hines, long time Star Wars fan and Decipher product champion for Star Wars CCG.

Players from all over the south will be there including NC, SC, VA, TN, KY, and MD.

At the meeting we will discuss organizing the Star Wars celebration events at South Hills Mall in Cary on Saturday May 11 and the line party details on Episode II's premiere eve, Wednesday May 15.

Ok, Raleigh SW fans! We had meeting number 1 at Oxford, NC! In attendance was myself, Patrick Hines, and Elyssa Hilton. We discussed having the Star Wars Celebration at South Hills Mall and the movie premiere night at Crossroads. Both of them will be in attendance.

Also in attendance were 40 guys, mostly from the NC Triangle, for the Star Wars CCG regionals tournament. Stephen Turner won the event, from Charlottesville, VA.

I've been emailed by the 501st, Star Wars costuming team. I'll be setting up a meeting with him shortly and provide details to all.
