So, I was going to post this in the 2000 party thread, but Matt suggested that I create a cat related thread, where you can talk about cats or random things that have to do with cats (e.g."catatonic is a very interesting word" etc) - or you can also talk about pets. So here I go! My mom got a kitten today, so she called me up to tell me, and to ask if I had any name suggestions. As a result, she's decided to name him Kamino . Of course, she is spelling it Camino which means path in Spanish, because she doesn't want him to be a Star Wars cat, but I know better! He will always be Kamino to me! I can't wait to meet him over the hols, so I can start turning him into an uber Star Wars fan!

My roommate just recently got a kitten and had her heart set on calling him Spanky. For whatever reason, at the last minute, she changed her mind and started refering to him as Buddy. He's a crazy cat though...
hmmm I spent last night at my mom's, and she has a pure black cat with the most golden eyes I've ever seen.... anyway, this cat scratched my thumb when I tried to pick her up to pet her, and it itches like crazy now.... and I need a name for her. Right now she's called "The black cat" (mom has three cats)

I have two cats Oreo (house cat) <<<stripe down her belly that makes her look like an oreo and Garfunkle (mine and my gf's cat) <<<orange and white, we call him Garf and most people think its Garfeild
Oreo?? That's a good one Kevin!! I have 2 also...Pharroh (grey and white) and Isis (tabby). (Yeah, Chris and I were into the egyptian theme when we named them since cats are their Gods )
