Buff, NY Random Thoughts

Just a passing note...

Normally I don't share this stuff over social media because it just makes me feel really awkward, but I've been away a little bit. Our little "Dollie" (that be Katherine) went down with double pneumonia with a slightly collapsed left lung the week of 2/21st that required 4 days at Children's Hospital - 2 of which were in the pediatric ICU. Her blood oxygen was down to about 83% and had to get the congestion in her lungs suctioned out. Pretty much a lousy week.

She pulled through, though, with flying colors. She's doing fine now and is back to her normal happy self.

 

Wow! That's a heck of a week!!! Glad to hear she's doing better!

Phew! Wow, sorry you all had to go through that and glad she's doing well now.

 

I had double-pneumonia a few years back. Landed me in the hospital for 5 days and it was the most painful experience I have ever had. I feel for your "Little Dollie" and what she had to go through. Glad that she is feeling much better Peter!!

Hadn't checked this thread in awhile so glad adorable Katherine is doing better.

 

More stoked about Avengers 2 than SW: Episode VII. Never thought I'd live to see the day I'd say something like that.

Green Lantern, The Animated Series is now on Netflix. The boys and I just completed watching it, again. It's a great show that was cancelled too soon.

The problem with watching a great short lived show like this, (and Firefly) is that I am always angry after the last episode.

 

I can't tell you how many times I have watched the Firefly episodes. I can't get enough.
