Buff, NY Random Thoughts

It was released on DVD in 2006. I have it:

 

I have been waiting for years for the fan film, Threads of Destiny to be completed. Filming was wrapped up years ago and it's been in post for effects since 2010 or so. There were several trailers and interviews with the cast and director about how most fan films focused so much on effects and he was going for a solid storyline.

So, it finally was released and is on Youtube. I was so excited to see it I stayed up late last night to watch.

I'll save my opinions (good and bad) so as not to ruin it for anyone, but check it out if you get a chance.

I find it amusing when other parents try to justify to me why they allow their kids cell phones, social networking, texting etc at young ages. I don't really care what their reasons are. It's not my concern.

Today was a "I want to grab you by the shoulders and tell you to knock it off" kind of day. I was glad to come home to my Padawans who greeted me with hugs and kisses.

I had an idea for a costume based on all of those "Naked" TV shows that are on now. You'll need a flesh colored body suit some string and some frosted clear file folders.

You put on the body suit and cut the folder into rectangles and use the string to hang the folder pieces to "cover" your parts. The effect should resemble the scrambling for TV of you parts and you too can look like you are in a naked reality show...
