Whew!

Well, the holidays are finally behind us. I hope it was all well for everyone. As I finally get to settle down now for the winter season, I'm looking forward to this year's events and hope to see you all a little more frequently. The first half of this year will fly, I'm sure, with the anticipation of this year's SW Nite and also (as I'm going to dub as) The Return of a certain double-bladed wielding Sith, to rejoin the Brothers Sith.

I have a couple of things to take care of, like some minor adjustments to clonie and stormie. But alas, as my wife has put it, it wouldn't be a matter of "if" but "when". I've decide to pursue procuring and assembling the First Order Stormtrooper ensemble. I have no specific debut date as this will be a long term venture as funds become available. But sooner or later, it will happen. (Most likely next year.)

Peter Jr. is doing well in Barcelona. He has made friends that he will hopefully see in Boston, MA next academic year. He misses home, but he also has his eye on the prize which drives him forward. We FaceTime with him every Saturday morning at the crack of dawn (noon for him). The guy is seeing a concert one every month culminating with a 3 day heavy metal festival in England (about 2 hours outside of London) in mid-June before coming home. He'll be returning to Germany and some other countries 3 weeks later as part of a field trip put on by Lancaster High School German club that, along with current students, invites alumni 1 year out. By the time he returns (again), it will be the home stretch for SWN. Watch how fast it will arrive.

So, here's to a happy, healthy, and safe new year for everyone! See y'all down the road...

I was poking around down in the basement and found a bunch of old rolled up posters. Much to my delight, THIS one was in the mix. Obviously it's not an original, as I would date it to the early to mid-80's, but still a nice little find! I'm sure a professional framer can press out the wrinkles and make it look real pretty!
