Forums have been acting up for me. I have to resend the info twice. I'll PM you Chris
A rumor I have been hearing is that the new Transformers movie trailer is to appear with the new movie "Eagle Eye" that opens this Friday..... Can anyone confirm this?
I have been a little quiet here the last few days folks, sorry.
Well my cat was in a bad tussle with another animal and had to be brought to the animal hospital 2 a.m. on Friday and she wasn't eating at home because of the fever so she is getting the proper treatment until she is ready to go home.
I am sure she will be able to come home in a few days
Also my next door neighbor who I am very close with, got in a very bad auto accident yesterday and waiting to hear some more news about his condition.
Really sorry to hear about both of these, Chris...
Good thoughts headed your way. I hope all works out ok.
For those of us who celebrate it...
58 days til Christmas!
Have a great week everyone!
I don't have Attention Deficit Disorder, I just have a hard time... Oh! Something shiny!
Well just got back from Chiller in New Jersey and had a great time.
Saw Jeremy Bulloch and his wife and got his autograph, which now I have about 7 from him now.
I told him we would miss him at SMF. He had Kevin's Boba Fett lithograph highlighted on his table and we talked or a little while. He is always a pleasure to talk with.
I saw some great non SW celebs.
Richard Hatch was so incredibly nice.
He was only charging $20 doallars for his autgraph.
And even people who weren't getting an autograph from him could still get a picture taken with him at no extra charge.
I talked with Richard for close to a half hour and he is truly a fanboy and has written several continuous books about the original Battlestar Galactica and said he is also doing Battlestar Galactica comic books also.
He is definitley a new favorite of mine to see at a con.
I also met George Kennedy and he was very friendly.
My friend that I went with was his assigned assistant for the con.
The costume party and rest of the con was great as usual.
Didn't buy much since I have little room left for anything and money's tight.
Chiller is a fun con and if you do it the way I did it doesn't have to cost a lot.
Sounds fantastic, Chris...
BTW - how is your neighbor and your cat doing?
Going to be fun marking my appointments and counting the days next year...I picked up a copy of the Clone Wars 2009 calendar @ Walmart yesterday.
Nov. 17th is the 30th anniversary of the STAR WARS Holiday Special.
In case you haven't seen it...you have to see it at least once and then never again!!!
The Boba Fett cartoon is about the only redeeming thing about the special.
When you are 5 and 6 years old watching it you think it was great STAR WARS on television.
But then you see it through adult eyes and go...oh what garbage.
I remember thinking that...right up until it started. Even being that young, I can remember being embarrassed watching it.
My favorite part of my copy of that show are the old Kenner commercials, takes me back to my childhood and Christmas lists. I liked the Boba Fett cartoon as well.
36 days til Christmas!
Jobless claims rose to the highest level since 1992! Sixteen years worth of growth... poof! Gone. This "President" has undone any benefit that his administration did and all the benefit from Clinton.
Reaganonmics set up Clinton and Clinton did nothing (except for getting into bed with China and Lewinski and possibly offing Vincent Foster and Ron Brown) to further the growth and Bush further did nothing to ensure Reagen's legacy.
EDIT: They're spoken for, thanks!
20 hours 15 hours...
... that's it!
Hello hello.... echo echo....
Hi everyone! Just had to share with you that I saw Trans-Siberian Orchestra last night at the DCU and OMG... by far, the best show I have every been to in my life!
It was, in a word, amazing!
