Brockton didn't take a direct hit from Irene, but it was still enough that I was w/o power for 50.5 hours. Glad to be back online, however.
I have the Star Wars complete BD set, and I can confirm that they play in my new combo player (by Magnavox). Best Buy had a sweet deal today, too: $50 off the list for the set, and I got the "Own Every Moment" t-shirt free. And, since I had a couple of gift cards I could put toward it, it only cost me ~$50 out of my pocket.
Bowling win for me last night: I made the 4-7-10 split for the first time in my memory, perhaps the first time in my life. I've made the 6-7-10 before, but never the mirror leave (I think).
