Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.
I just finished work for this week. I worked 16 hrs. on Thanksgiving, it was a good day though, I was able to go and have dinner with my friend's family.

Next year I am going to take time off for the holiday.

Took a wood record shelf home on the train Friday. Some one was getting rid of it because it was chewed up by a dog on one of the front corners. So I took the little fella home and did a little modifications and it looks better.

Basically went to sleep after that and went back to work Friday night and worked until Saturday 4 p.m.

Got home at 6:30 last night and slept until 4:30 this morning. Decided I need to catch up with the boards.
Got to go back to work late tonight.

Hey I have a last minute cancellation for a concert at Axis tomorrow, doors open at 7:00 p.m.
I have an extra ticket to see THE DONNAS.

If interested let me know I hate for it to go to waste.

My friend can't get the night off of work.

Hey Evie how did finals go for you? I hope well.

 

My finals actually start on Wednesday, my last day of classes was yesterday (Monday) and my school has "Reading days" in which the students just study on that day.

what is everyone doing for the holiday?

 

I'm going to visit the family in IL. It'll be nice to get out of the city for a bit.

 

I'll be at home in the Boston area

I am not sure yet I usually visit my mom in Bosotn.
I got to work from midnight until 8 a.m. that day.
But it work out cause I don't really miss Christmas at all. I will take a nap in the afternoon...kind of like Thanksgiving.

i am going to hang with my family (of course). not sure what else, maybe bar (if open)
not sure what for new year's eve though. There are some bars in boston that seem to have some good parties. ( i looked in the improper bostonian). decisions....decisions

 

My Family will be over my place for Christmas Eve and I'll make the rounds to friends and Family on Christmas Day.

 

one more week to go! hope everybody is done shopping. i hope i will get everything done by tomorrow. maybe we will have a white christmas?

Is anyone else collecting and playing the STAR WARS Miniatures Game?

I have started about a week ago. It is alot of fun.

I have got Rebel Strike and Clone Strike versions.

 

I heard a rumor that the faces of Star Wars were going to be on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine.
Anyone out there can confirm this?

 

I hadn't heard anything about it but considering that there have been photos involving the previous fims in the magazine it wouldn't surprise me at all. I mean, this is the last film.
