I think you've listed the entire release calendar of 2016. What did you want to see?

So judging by this thread all of you (Apart from SuperWatto on the account of wisely boycotting the hot, flowing sewage that has been cinema in 2016) have seen, or wanted to see:

    Risen
    Pride and Prejudice and Zombies
    Zoolander 2
    London Has Fallen
My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2
    God's Not Dead 2
    The Angry Birds Movie
    I'm Not Ashamed

    You all disgust me.

I think if the ranks go higher than ten, the thread kind of loses its point, otherwise, yeah, those would be my 11-18.

The thread didn't say to list only the movies you didn't want to see, it said to list the movies you didn't see and rank them by how much you didn't want to see them. There are movies on that list that I did want to see, but obviously I didn't want to see them enough to see them yet.

I see. Well, I have to say I think you're applying a very liberal interpretation of the rules not in keeping with the spirit of the founding documents of Dec 5th of this thread. Also, there is the ruling by Supreme Justice Ken from 12:47 PM. Finally, there is the infamous Rogue-one-and-a-Half "Honorable Mentions" amendment, which stipulates the norm that the well-regulated posters of the C of the JC shall not have their lists shortened, provided the exercise of restraint is upheld.

There was the example of "Assassin's Creed." Obviously, I don't want to see it, but I'm on vacation December 24-January 1, so it's 100% certain I won't see any movies in the theater during that period, and in any case Assassin's Creed will be available on HBO so quickly it will make your head spin. If I go see anything in January that's not Rogue One, it will probably be Passengers.

In other words, no need to put Assassin's Creed on any list.

The point is to list movies you didn't see and rank them by how much you didn't want tosee them. You're putting extra rules on it just because the founding poster catalogued his list in a top ten format. If he founder had intended everyone to use top ten lists he would have put it in the framework. Keep your ideas about how this thread should be operated to yourself, please, and let others post their lists without harrsssment as is their right.

    1. Batman vs Superman, because why the hell is Ben Affleck in a Batsuit...

    2. Alice Through the Looking Glass. Not an Alice in Wonderland fan, never have been.

    3. Ice Age: Collision Course. One of those was enough.

    4. TMNT. Same.

    5. Angry Birds movie. Angry birds **** on my car when I park it under a tree. Never understood why there was a mobile app game, much less a movie.

    6. Legend of Tarzan. Because who cares.

    7. Ghostbusters. Thought about seeing it just to use my wallet to shut up the misogynist haters but my apathy for remakes won out.

    8. Jason Bourne. Never saw the first two.

    9. Star Trek Beyond. Never seen Abrams Trek.

    10. Independence Day Resurgence. I actually did want to see this one so I ranked it last.

Those birds perched over your car aren't really angry at you. You're angry at THEM, and you're projecting.

What a wretched pathetic excuse of a film. Especially on the 50th anniversary of Trek. It just makes me angry that they got away with making such a gigantic cinematic middle finger to the fanbase. I think I might hate this film more than Rogue1-and-a-half did.

this thread is 100% inspired by JoinTheSchwarz and "I hate movies so much."

here's the deal though: movies really are terrible. TV is where it's at now. We're in a golden age of subscription tv. The Hallmark Channel is producing more than 20 original Christmas-themed movies every year. Here's a partial list, in case you'd like to rank them by how badly you don't want to see them:

    A Wish For Christmas
    The Mistletoe Promise
    Every Christmas Has A Story
    Christmas Cookies
    My Christmas Dream
    A December Bride
    Broadcasting Christmas
    Christmas In Homestead
    Christmas List
    A Heavenly Christmas
    Journey Back To Christmas
    A Dream Of Christmas
    Looks Like Christmas
    A Nutcracker Christmas
    Love You Like Christmas
    My Christmas Love
    Sleigh Bells Ring
    When Calls The Heart Christmas

    Here's a cheat sheet

Let's see. Working through the list I just linked, the movies I remember where I said "lol no"...

    1. Fifty Shades of Black
    2. Independence Day: Resurgence
    3. The Angry Birds Movie
    4. Warcraft
    5. 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi
    6. Alice Through the Looking Glass
    7. Meet the Blacks
    8. Dirty Grandpa
    9. Gods of Egypt
    10. The Huntsman: Winter's War

There are many more movies I haven't seen, though, and many I regret seeing. Pretty terrible year.

I am actually. The experience itself is fun, and beforehand, I hang out at my local coffee shop for a couple hours and just relax. Yeah I see some real stinkers, but I always double feature with something that's a true 3-5 star film experience.

No "Christmas Shoes" on that Hallmark movie list? Because apparently when a woman is dying, she wants her son at the store buying her shoes that no one can afford without Rob Lowe as a benefactor as opposed to the son being by her side.
