fyi....I AM gold squadron for all time, might want to update

Feldman is going out with sideshow, not me. He's coming back with me.

 

huh. coulda sworn someone said he was going with you guys... well, it ain't the first time i've been wrong. edits away!

and howcome you get to be gold squadron? inquiring minds want to know!

 

Back when I was with the compuserve squadrons I qualified for gold squadron. so on our first trip as a group, to the LA lineup, we were chattering on the radios as red group. Whenever I lead a convoy, I chose to go by gold group as a tribute to my old friends. There was only 1 squadron ranked higher and that was Rogue squadron. Lucasarts actually had them to external beta testing of x-wing vs tie fighter....and they NEVER do external beta for regular games.

btw, if anyone has preferences as to what designation they want for their group, lemme know.

 

I usually go by Talon Squad. Some of you know the story.

And as of now MJEH is still a 'maybe'. If any of you want to help convince her please be my guest.

or if IA will induct me into the ranks of the talon squad, i'll go with that...

 

ok, pilots get preference in choosing their squad colors... though the pilots can agree to whatever their wingmen suggest.

yeesh, try to bring order to the galaxy and look at the thanks you get... no wonder vader was a hardass...

i designated each car full of people that's arriving at different times just to keep track of everyone, kreleia. since we're not caravaning to cali, it helps keep it all organized, orderly, and easier to type than all the names of the passengers .
anyway, i think i remember you were gonna be there a day early, like red group, but just not together, so i placed your family in blue group. unless you prefer grey instead...

no you cannot be plaid kirana, that would make a MOCKERY of my perfect perfect system! why to THINK...

you can be plaid squadron, then make sideshow kilt squadron, biscuit could be gold squadron, kreleia could be queen squadron, and i could be... hurr. i'll have to think about this, won't i.

I will be driving in to SD Thursday night with the family. However, I will be driving back sometime Monday morning on my own. The wife & kid are flying back Tuesday night. If anybody would like to stay until Monday morning the can drive back with me. Just let me know.
