Everything is canon unless it has an Infinities label.

Yes everything is Canon, Except for infinities. But all that translates too is Law, rules, or standards in english. It just means LFL has declared law, sanctioned them as part of continuity. Don't worry about it too much.

The only thing that outflanks canon, is the Absolute canon of the films and only the films(films cover practically everything that lucas has made, or been involved in).

So things that are marked with the infinities label, or marked alternate universe(though errors do happen), or are marked as Appocrhyphal, or not having have happened. Are all not part of the canon. But lfl uses so many terminology for the appocryphal material, so it can be confusing sometimes.
