    Here's my predictions for men's:

    -Canadian victory over Belarus
    -American victory of Russia (if they show up)
    -American victory over Canada for gold
    -Bronze to Russia

    As much as I want to see Canada beat the United States (believe me, I want that very badly), I have a feeling it won't happen. Perhaps it's because we havn't won in 42 years, or because we only beat Germany 3-2, or because we lost to Sweden 5-2... you get the idea.

    We've been getting better every year, but let's face it. They've been KILLING their opponents. Everytime I turn on the TV, it's another US shutout.

    We just got the gold for the men's 5000m relay. About have the track ahead the Italians (who were in 2nd). And they LAPPED the americans!!!!! YAY~!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Um... well, I still stood by my predictions right up until about midway through the second period that the USA would win. Around that time, I started to realize we had a chance. Once we got into the second half of the third, I was already celebrating our victory. That was amazing. I've never been so glad I was wrong in all my life. ;)
