Phx re the hotel rates for comic-con...

something occurred to me about the financial aspect of cramming everyone into the holiday inn... i think i've miscommunicated the rate info. it seems that the people staying at the room have concluded that the rate i posted is per person and per however many nights they expect to be in the room. otoh, i've just posted the info based on a per-head count only. am i seeing this correctly about the situation?

mind you, i'm not gonna ask everyone to pay me more money if i can help it, and well, let's be fair, i could probably take a bit of the cost myself if it comes down to it. i just want to head this off early before we jump too far with conclusions so that this can come to an amicable, agreeable and above all affordable resolution.

HOLIDAY INN ON THE BAY
$86 per person for entire stay ($139 a night w/out 9% tax)
-darksidersteve, idiots array, jenn, jupitertronic, kirana t, mrbunny666, sideshow212.


JT and kirana will be there for 4 nights, mrbunny666 will be there for 3 nights, and darksidersteve, idiots array, jenn and myself will only be there for 2...


as i figure it...

plus tax the room is 151.52 per night...

• the first night, two people will be there:
  divided by 2 = 75.80$ per person



• the second night 3 people will be there:
  divided by 3 = 50.55$ per person



• the third and fourth nights, all 7 people will be there:
  divided by 7 = 21.70$ per person x2 nights

so, by this, everyones total cost is...

1. jupitertronic: total = 169.75$


2. kirana: total = 169.75$


3. bunny666: total = 93.95$


4. IA: total= 43.40$


5. sideshow: total= 43.40$


6. jenn: total= 43.40$


7. steve: total= 43.40$

the way i figure, this is the most fair way to split the room by usage...
so blackfeather, does this sound ok to you?
