looking pretty destroyed. vlm, i think medicare at this point is funded through 2022, but not beyond. and entitlements or whatever you want to call them have to be addressed - they make up i think it's 60% of all gubmint expenditures (soc. security, medicare, medicaid). and yes, we should cut all across the board where we can, military and all, in addition. i'm actually not really optimistic that any significant cuts are going to be made (unless we end up pulling the trigger at the end of the year), and that money printing and spending is just going to keep ramping up. i think the extra revenue from the tax increases on the top two brackets will be spent long before it's even all been collected. that's the path we're on right now and i have no reason to think it will change. then there's all this interest that's going to keep building and building and building over time. ****ing horrifying.
