I guess it isnt a rumor, but I have heard so many things that have not been true about video games, I almost always consider this kind of thing a rumor until it actually becomes a viable fact. I guess I'm just skeptical all the time.

I do the same thing at times. I didn't believe that the Naboo Starfighter was selectable in the first Rogue Squadron until I unlocked it myself. I didn't believe the Jedi Starfighter was in RS3 until the launch of the official site.

Yeah, maybe I shouldnt be so skeprical, but after reading all the crud they have over on the GAMEFAQS boards, I tend to take everything with a grain of salt, but then again some really reliable posters have claimed the RoTJ game was in it, so I believe it probably will be there eventually.

No, he doesn't. I just typed in the codes myself and got Artoo's confrimation bleep; however I notice no differences in the game after I punched them in. I must not be looking hard enough.

OK, I went home and tried the same codes and I got the R2 confirm beep, but the same results. ?[face_plain]
Maybe this month's Nintendo Power will have an explanation.

As I've said before, the only code I'm looking forward too is the one to unlock the ROTJ arcade game, or codes that unlock things that cannot be unlocked any other way. Codes that make the game easier are for gamers who don't know how to play very well. Sorry if that offends some of you, but it's true.

Not necessarily ThanksBates. Not all people who use cheats use them to make the easier. I finish the game on my own and then use the cheats to make the game funner.

    No, he's right.
I used cheats on RL because I'm lame and couldn't get silver on every mission, let alone gold.
I barely finished Strike at the Core, don't know how I managed a Bronze.
I don't deserve the use of the Naboo Fighter and other such ships. I'm a cheater.
But I'm gonna try my best with Rebel Strike.

Well Stark, Rebel Strike is easier than the other two, so you should have an easier time with the medals. Thats one more reason why I deplore the use of codes in this game; it's much easier than its predecessors.

I wasn't refering to people who finish it first, I was refering to the people who can't beat it at all without codes, or those who are reliant on codes because they refuse to try it any other way.

I don't know why I'm so bad at this series. I'm pretty good at X-Wing & Tie Fighter.

I'm doing well without cheats, but there are some missions, such as the Speeder Bike Pursuit, that I cannot get higher than a bronze, and I can't get enough points to unlock the Endurance level. The only reason I'd really use cheats is to unlock the ships for multiplayer.

There is a song by a band called The Moldy Peaches that says, "Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A Start, just because we use cheats doesn't mean we're not smart?"

I never said you werent smart, I just said that for Rebel Strike, with it bieng easier than the other games in the series, codes should not be needed. Just because you can't get a certain medal right away doesnt mean you have to use codes, give it some time, and actually play the level enough, it shouldnt be too hard to get what you want.

Targeting Computer Upgrade is on Defenders of Raltiir, you have to blow up one of the Imperial landing crafts behind the bridges (I think its the one directly opposite of where you start). After you blow it up, I cant remember if you have to go through where it used to be, or if you automatically get it.
