I posted in the "recent purchase" thread. But what i posted I had not actually bought yet.

i am hereby announcing my candidacy for the office of president of the united states.

 

I've been getting groceries at Meijer for 12 years. Last week they didn't have ripe avocados. This week they didn't have a bag of broccoli. Next week, I'm going to Wal Mart.

Well, I went to Meijers and used the ATM and realized I meant to go to Wal Mart. I checked while I was there and still no broccoli. I went to Wal Mart...which is now open 24 hours, and though they did not have the large bag I wanted they did have a small bag and I got it. I checked around, their prices are a tad cheaper which I know comes from the backs of the poor and underpaid employees. Oh well.

 

Oh, no. Come on, everybody, we need to get organized and hold an intervention for poor Monty. It's not too late!

 

I could have parked further away so the mail carrier could park closer. I didn't.

 

I couldn't come up with anything evil I did recently for the Rebellion thread, so I just made a pointless post that wasted people's time.

 

Once down the Rebellion path you have begun, forever will it dominate your destiny.

 

As I walked along the registers towards a small line I noticed ahead of me a man in a motorized wheelchair. I sped up and went around him and beat him to the line. I also had 13 items instead of the limit of 12.

 

Any explanation for what inspired this random comment?

At the busier than normal grocery store a new line opened up beside us. I could have notified the people ahead of me who had been waiting. I didn't. I went from 6th to 2nd.

I received Christmas gifts from people I did not buy gifts for.

 

^ That's kind of rebellious, but as long as you send them thank-you notes, you won't cross the line into pure unadulterated evil.

 

Went to Hardee's the other day and as I was having my own lunch a waitress got another person's order wrong and left the wrong ordered sandwich on my table. So I ate that sandwich in addition to my own order.



P.S.: The guy said I could have the sandwich.

 

When asked why I did not bring someone along with me to obligatory family dinner last night, I told my five times married and divorced father that I could have brought an escort, but was worried he would marry her on the spot.

 

Found some money in a purse for sale at a thrift story and...

 

Ate my boss’s yogurt out of the common room fridge, since she forced me to cancel my lunch break and free afternoon because no one else would have been at the office at the afternoon if I had not stayed.
