Full Series Rebels episode ideas thread

How are they not Mandalorians? Anyways it would be nice if we would find out what the Zillo Beast was used for in Rebels.

 

This may be old Canon, but i swear Mandos weren't a specific race. I remember reading something on the wook about it being a warrior culture and ideology that existed in Mandalore space and that the original Mandalorians werent human?

 

I figured they were a very popular culture on Mandalore to the point where they basically ruled the planet and becoming a Mandalorian was part of their natural society. A planet made to breed the perfect warriors basically.

 

This is true.

 

Well I liked that idea a lot more than Mandalorians all being Mauri or Scandinavian looking. A planets indigenous people can still be ethnically diverse.

 

In the EU the Mandalorian symbol was the skull of the original species that created the Mandalorian way of life Then after they went extinct (I think..?), Other species including humans of all races adopted the culture.

 

Anyone know what the Fetts where then if not Mandalorian?

Will Lando return to view more of Sabine's artwork? I think she needs to set up a gallery in a joint venture with him as part of an epilogue episode.

 

I don't think Lando actually cared much for her work, and was simply being the smooth talker he is. I would like to see more of him though.

 

If so, he knew enough to be able to blag a genuine interest.

I know Lando is a cool guy at heart so I think he'd want to do it.

 

Oh don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Sabine doing what she loves most.

Lando is the only guy Sabine seemed to consider as someone she could talk about art with.

 

I think that if or when they do an episode of Kanan's old master Depa Billaba in a flashback OR him seeing her as a force ghost, her VOICE should be played by the one who was THE BOSS in "Metal Gear Solid 3"!

 

Yoda only shared the knowledge of immortality with Obi-wan and Anakin.

 

Was that ability quite common with the old continuity? I'm glad they made it as a sort of trial before you can learn it, and NO Sith ghosts! That one never made any sense to me.

 

Back in the Old Canon everyone and there mother became a force ghost.

 

Agreed. Ghosts were so common in the old EU that they ceased to be special, and Vader clearly doesn't know about the ability to become a ghost in ANH.

I would like to see an episode on Naboo, with Jar-Jar as a rebel.

I do not think he ever had a chance to do so with Anakin. I thought Anakin retained his individuality as a Force Ghost by virtue of his strength in the Force and his position as the Chosen One.

 

Filoni hinted Yoda told Anakin when he asked him about the visions and occurrences on Mortis.

 

When was this? After all, the Yoda arc took place long after the Mortis arc.

 

I think it was in the Yoda arc, when Yoda asks Anakin him about Mortis. Filoni, in a Q&A, was referring to that arc. In canon, that would mean Yoda told Anakin about the ability of immortality before Obi-wan.

But as Dave said, it's complicated.

 

I want to see what happend to jar jar. Does he feel responsible for the rise of the empire? Is he unaware that the empire is evil? Im curious.

 

Despite the hate he gets...I do think he deserves closure on his story.
