MN Rebirth! :)

Well, since it seems as if pretty much everyone here is a Luke/Mara fan, here is the cover of the Edge of Victory II NJO book coming in August. Be warned, if you don't want to know what happens in Edge of Victory I, don't read the description, just look at the picture.

Oh boy!

Well, first of all I'd like to say I am extremely pleased to see my favorite couple together on the cover of the book.

However...

Mara looks the same as my Emperor's Hand CCG card!

She's supposedly in her late teens/early 20s as the Hand. Now, in her early 40's she looks... EXACTLY THE SAME!!! Well, I'm sure being married to Luke Skywalker would put a radiant glow to her face, but c'mon!

Okay, but if they're going to do that... at least do the same for Luke and make him look like this:

What they have on the cover is not how I fantacize... er... picture Luke looking like! It looks like being married to Mara has put a few gray hairs on his head!

 

Hmmm... you do have a point there. Mara should resemble Shannon, but not look exactly the same.

Emperor's Hand + Oil of Olay = Shannon Baska!
