Chancellor Palpatine is dead!! A Jedi team lead by Master Windu has assassinated the Chancellor in his office! They claim that he was a ‘Sith Lord’ controlling the war from the background…

With a heavy sigh, Mas Amedda tuned out the broadcast. This was not going according to the plan at all. Palpatine should have killed the Jedi and formed the Empire to secure the Galaxy. Now…now he was dead and gone. The clone project on Byss may bring him back, but it would be that much harder to control the Galaxy.

And Amedda lacked the authority to issue Order 66, so he couldn’t remove the Jedi that way. The only option was through the Senate. But without Palpatine manipulating them…would they accept the Empire? Sighing again, Amedda set off for the Senate chambers.

Upon arrival, he found it in an uproar over the death of the Chancellor. Amedda shouted over the noise, drawing attention to the Chancellor’s pod.

“Tonight is a night of mourning. The Jedi have launched a coup, claiming that our beloved leader was a Sith Lord. Even if this was true, the Jedi should not have let a religious squabble take precedence over the war effort,” Amedda began, getting cheers from the majority of the Senate, “The Jedi must be brought to justice. No one is above the law, and that includes the Jedi. Thus, and in accordance with the wishes of the late Chancellor, I move that the Republic be reorganized into the first Galactic Empire. By doing so, we can secure the Galaxy against any and all threats…including the Jedi.”

If the previous uproar was loud, this was deafening. Without Palpatine pulling the strings, a large group of the Senators shouted that Amedda was insane. However, a larger group stood up and began to clap. The two conflicting noises drowned out all attempt at conversation in the Senate.

Amedda sat down, and when the results of voting came in, the motion to reorganize the Republic into the Empire barely passed. Standing back up, Amedda addressed the Senate once more.

“Thank you all. Despite the sadness we all feel tonight, the formation of the Empire is a glorious moment. With this, we can finally secure the Galaxy…”

However, as Amedda was saying this, a large group of Senators stood up, and in unison walked out of the chamber. A message played on the screens of the remaining Senators pods.

This Empire is not legal. The Republic has stood for 25,000 years, through invasions of Sith, and infighting amongst its members. We will not let it die due to one man’s vision. In accordance with this, we leave the Galactic Senate. The Republic-in-Exile will not join the Empire.

Stunned silence rang through the Senate. Even the Separatists hadn’t so brazenly left the Senate. The silence was broken by a sad sounding Amedda.

“It is sad that our fellow Senators will not join our just cause. However, we must continue on, the people of the Galaxy need us more than ever. As such, I request a vote to dissolve the Jedi Order, and imprison their members.”

With any supporters of the Jedi having already left…the vote was unanimous. The Jedi Order would be dissolved…

Inside the Jedi Temple, chaos reigned. A wounded Mace Windu was hobbling off a Temple transport, an arm slung over Anakin Skywalker’s shoulder. The two Jedi were the only survivors of the attack on Sidious, and Master Windu had only survived due to Anakin resisting Palpatine’s attempts to turn him to the Dark Side.

The two Jedi walked up to a young Padawan who was watching the landing bay. The young boy looked terrified at what had happened to Mace, and the news of the Empire forming.

“Padawan, I need you to sound the evacuation alert,” Mace ground out, “This ‘Empire’ has already declared us traitors. They will send troops.”

“I will help Master,” Anakin added, helping Mace to a bench where the older man could recover his strength.

Nodding at the scared Padawan, Anakin moved to the Temple’s comm center. While the Padawan continued along the halls, waking as many Jedi as he could, Anakin activated the comm systems.

“This is Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker…the Republic has dissolved,” the young man began, “An Empire has taken its place and declared the Jedi traitors. All younglings and Padawans head to the landing bay to evacuate. All Knights and Masters are to head for the entrances and keep the Temple secure as long as possible. Skywalker out.”

With that done, Anakin ran back to the hangar. He didn’t trust himself to try and fight, not when he had come so close to falling in Palpatine’s office. Instead, he threw himself into helping the evacuation. Terrified younglings were being helped into ships by equally frightened Padawans. Even though he was wounded, Mace Windu was at the forefront of the efforts, and Anakin walked over to him.

“I’ve done what I can Master,” Anakin said, helping a little girl into one of the shuttle, “The Knights and Masters are guarding the entrances, and all the younger students are coming here.”

Mace nodded, “Good work Anakin. I want you on one of these shuttles. You’re our best pilot, and we need you doing that.”

Anakin almost protested, but held his tongue. Mace was right of course…with Anakin as the pilot, at least one shuttle had a far greater chance of escaping. And if the sounds of blaster fire were any indication, they didn’t have much time.

“Come on, into the shuttles! We need to evacuate NOW!!” Anakin shouted, getting the students moving faster.

As soon as the last Youngling was aboard the last shuttle, Anakin moved to Mace’s side again, “Come on Master. You’re the last one.”

But Mace shook his head, “I can’t go with you Anakin. Someone has to help any stragglers. Go…lead the shuttles to any of the ships that are still friendly to us. I will try and get a message to Master Yoda and the others on the front…now go!”

Anakin didn’t have time to protest, as a group of Clones stormed into the hangar. Mace ignited his signature purple blade, blocking a pair of bolts back at their source. Anakin almost jumped in to help, before Mace sent a powerful Force push at the young Jedi, throwing him inside the shuttle. Knowing his job, Anakin ran for the cockpit. Powering up the engines, he watched as Mace wade through the clones, fighting his way for the hallway. As he lost sight of the old Master, Anakin took the shuttle to the skies.

He knew what needed to be done, and Anakin Skywalker would never give up...

 

Welcome to Rebirth! This is a game based on the idea that Anakin never turned into Vader. Palpatine was killed by Mace Windu, and Order 66 was never used. However, not all is bright and cheerful. The death of Palpatine is still seen as an illegal coup, and Mas Amedda steps into the Sith Lord’s shoes and declares the end of the Republic and the birth of the Empire…but without Palpatine, things don’t go as smoothly…

The Galaxy/the Factions:

Without Palpatine’s power swaying the Senate to his views, the formation of the Empire leads to another split in the Galactic power. The majority of the Senate stays and forms the Empire. However, a large portion leaves to form a ‘Republic-in-exile’. And without the information that lead to Mustafar, the Confederacy is still a very real force, if critically weakened. And then there is the Jedi Order…falling apart after being declared traitors, they are scattered across the Galaxy, struggling to rebuild despite being hated and feared by even the majority of the Republic in Exile…

The Republic-in-Exile: Formed by the Delegation of 2,000 and a few others, this government is centered on Alsakan. Adhering to the principles of the Old Republic, the Republic in Exile maintains the status quo. However, the corruption and bureaucracy that had weighed down the Old Republic is slowly being stamped out, as the majority of the Exile Senators were the least corrupt to begin with. The military of the Exiles is made up mostly of planetary navies, and is significantly weaker than the Empire, though strong enough to secure their territory.

Their only goal is to keep the Republic alive, and eventually return democracy to the Galaxy. The only question is…how will they do so? No matter who you are, this is a goal that all in the Republic-in-Exile adhere to…



The Galactic Empire: Formed from the husk of the Old Republic, the Empire is a brand new government at this point in time. While it does not control the entire Galaxy, the majority of the Core and Mid-Rim swear allegiance to the Imperial crown. With its capital on Coruscant, the Empire uses the former Grand Army of the Republic to stamp out any rebellion and begin to strangle the Galaxy to its cause. Lead by Mas Amedda, the Empire’s goal is to control the whole Galaxy under an iron fist.
Though in the shadows, work continues on a planet named Byss…and a shadow reaches out from this world, using the Empire as its tool…


The Confederacy of Independent Systems: The CIS is given a new lease on life with the death of Chancellor Palpatine. Without his information on Mustafar, the Confederacy is able to consolidate its remaining worlds, and begin the long process of rebuilding. While the Empire continues its war on the CIS, the Republic-in-Exile is willing to work with them, provided they begin to reform their government.

Without the malignant influence of Darth Sidious, this may be a goal that can succeed…only time will tell.



The Jedi Order: Not a faction in the same sense as the Big Three, the Jedi Order has collapsed. What remains of the Order is struggling to rebuild, isolated on a handful of still-friendly worlds. The majority of the Galaxy has turned their back on the Order, and actively prosecutes Jedi. This leaves the Order in a unique situation…they cannot continue on as they have been …they must adapt to the new reality of the Galaxy…or they will fade away, like dust on the wind.

In a game like this, there is truly nothing you can’t be. A Jedi? A Republic/Imperial Admiral? A Confederacy droid soldier? The choice is yours. Even canon characters are available. However, they are on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. And only a limited number will be approved, as the more unique characters that are submitted, the more entertaining the game will be.

Yoda was one of the most renowned and powerful Jedi Masters in galactic history. He was known for his legendary wisdom, mastery of the Force and skills in lightsaber combat. Yoda served as a member of the Jedi High Council in the last centuries of the Galactic Republic and reigned as Grand Master of the Jedi Order before, during and after the devastating Clone Wars. Following the First Battle of Geonosis, Yoda held the title of Master of the Order in addition to that of Grand Master. In his centuries of service to the galaxy and the Force, Grand Master Yoda had a hand in the training of nearly all the Jedi in the Order, including such luminaries as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ki-Adi-Mundi and Oppo Rancisis; all of which would come to serve on the Jedi Council along with him.

Force Powers: Considered the greatest Jedi Master of the era by many, Yoda was one of the most skilled users of the Force in the history of the galaxy. Indeed the Grand Master was so strong in the Force that he demonstrated the ability to effortlessly disarm the powerful Dark Jedi Asajj Ventress, who was known to have defeated Jedi Council Masters, with a simple gesture.In addition, Master Yoda was capable of easily manipulating individuals such as Captain Typho and enter into the minds of others and decipher their thoughts with great precision. Despite his small stature, Yoda was capable of extreme telekinetic feats, such as lifting enormous objects with the Force, including an X-Wing and even two C-9979 landing craft. In their duel on Geonosis, Darth Tyranus, a former Temple instructor on telekinesis, proved unable to overcome the Grand Master with the use of telekinesis. He was also a master practitioner of the Force Push and Force Wave powers, using them to an extreme degree during the Battle of Coruscant. Master Yoda was also adept at the saber throw, as demonstrated in his return to the Jedi Temple during the Great Jedi Purge.

Kindhearted and noble, Amidala has always stood for the well being and freedom of the galaxy's citizens. Her secret relationship with Anakin has done nothing to prevent her from what she considers her duty. Even through her pregnancy she has upheld her position in office, regardless of the risks to her and her future family. But now everything has changed. The Republic is in exile, an "Empire" has formed in its wake. At the recent revelations she has become uneasy with the future. Padmé no longer can be sure of what she has fought to protect her entire life has become; she cannot even trust the Senate any longer.

To her it is no longer clear who is "good" and who wishes the galaxy's downfall. And she does not wish to make another mistake, not when so much could be lost.
Though not an easy decision by any means, she has chosen to leave the Senate and remain in the Republic, and to continue the fight to preserve the peace and freedom that the galaxy so desperately needs.

Bio:
Born in 51 BBY on Arkania, to a Hapan father and Arkanian mother, Karreal lived a relatively normal life. From a young age she dreamed of fighting to protect the peace in the galaxy, travelling to the Outer Rim and helping planets affected by criminals and pirates. Luckily, though her parents were mere shopkeepers content with their quaint life, they supported her ambitions.

When the family relocated to Rendili - when Karreal was 13 - they allowed her to join the Rendili Junior Defence Corps, which she was a part of until she turned 17. She then went for an apprenticeship in ship technology, though it wasn't to her tastes. The technology interested her, but she truly wanted to be among the stars and on the front lines. Her and one of her friends then decided to enlist in the Rendili Home Defence Fleet; the prospect of protecting her home planet during the increasingly frequent conflicts would finally give them both the sense of adventure they craved and the opportunity to reach their goals.

Her no-nonsense yet calm demeanour, paired with her knowledge of many types of capital ships and starfighters allowed her the ability to rise in the ranks. However, with this she was forced to give up more than a few friendships, her work-oriented nature straining her relationships as she became more and more involved in the Fleet. This only became worse when she discovered the friend who had originally joined the Fleet with her had been lost in a conflict. The news devastated her. When the Clone Wars began 3 years ago, she was relocated to the Republic Navy as a Commodore. Although she still retains the same calm face, her personality has grown much colder as she has progressed through the Navy. Her intelligence is capable of gaining her the ranks and medals, but her distant personality has gained her no friends or acquaintances. She is very much a loner.

But at the height of the conflict, the Galactic Empire has now risen from the Republic’s remains. From her perspective, the Empire has great potential for the galaxy, the ability to bring peace as they have promised. She simply hopes she is able to maintain her standing as a Vice-Admiral even with the sudden change; the talk she has heard from the others of reform is unsettling. If she doesn’t have the Navy, she will have nothing left.

Bio: Once an embittered Jedi Initiate called Renn Salazar, continually being passed over for advancement to Padawan rank due to being considered lacking in emotional control, his fortunes changed when he struck up a friendship with one of the companions of Nikkos Tyris and heard of the teachings of Larad Noon. Travelling with the group of ex-Jedi to Suarbi 7/5, the meld of Jedi and Sith teachings proved much to his liking. He rapidly ascended to the position of senior apprentice; his Force powers effectively placing him next in-line behind Nikkos Tyris and his two former-Jedi-Knight-ranked associates. He saw brief service with the (mostly droid) CIS army; even managing to kill a Jedi General (albeit a recently promoted one) in personal combat. He completely lost count of how many Clone Troopers fell to his Lightsaber or Force Powers before he was recalled to Susevfi for a special Mission, searching for a reputedly lost Sith holocron (formerly in the keeping of Exar Kun) on Yavin 4. Returning with the rediscovered holocron (found hidden the the Temple of the Blueleaf Cluster), he felt the deaths of Saarai-kaar Tyris and his senior companions through the Force and swore vengeance on the Jedi Order in general and A'Sharad Hett and Ylenic It'kla in particular. Having felt the deaths of Dooku and Sidious through the Force (expanding his vow to include their murderers as well), and thinking that stiffening the spines of the CIS Leadership to keep the war going was the best way of killing Jedi; he formally passed the title of Saarai-kaar onto Tyris' apprentice; taking instead the Sith Name of Darth Raptor.

Force Powers and Rank: Roughly equivalent to Jedi Knight. Very fond of, and highly proficient with, both Sith Lightning and Force Net (the latter particularly favoured for its terrorising effect on witnesses); he is also good with Ballistakinesis and the normal 'Core' Force Powers. However, his Lightside Powers are weak to non-existant.

Bio: Armand Isard is a Career Intelligence Operative, having worked his way up through the ranks, and a long standing member of Palpatine's Inner Circle, valued by Palpatine as a man who knew much but said little. He has never said anything about it, but (considering his duties, experience and rank) it is quite conceivable that he knew that Palpatine was living a double life, if not that Palpatine was also the Sith Lord, Darth Sidious.

It probably would not have mattered to him if he had found out (or been told) that secret, as he believes that the Galaxy needs to be ruled by someone strong and ruthless. Accomplished at dirty tricks campaigns; he worked closely with Kinman Doriana (Palpatine's 'fixer') to smear Palpatine's political opponents up to the time of Doriana's death.

He likes to keep allies and enemies alike off-balance and values personnel that serve him competently. He has never shown any signs of instability nor any sign of callous indifference towards the sentients of the Galaxy, but he is nevertheless highly ambitious (like his daughter Ysanne) and not beyond ordering targeted assassinations where a smear campaign will not suffice.

Isard's loyalty to Palpatine was intense, but now Palpatine is dead; and Armand is looking at the obvious contenders for the sucession with a certain amount of dismay; Mas Amedda - quintessential bureaucrat and proven manipulator but a stickler for procedure (also facing regular, so far unproven, claims of corruption); would he have the backbone to bring Palpatine's New Order into being? Worse, Amedda is non-human; something that would be sure to bring him into conflict with the other major contender, Sate Pestage. Pestage himself is an excellent black-ops operative, spy and occasional assassin; but those who know him consider him to lack charisma and cunning; a follower rather than a leader.

Bio: Cormac Zadane led a rebellious childhood on Coruscant. His mother was kind and tender hearted, but he never knew his father. Hardly a day went by when he didn't get into some kind of fight at school, and oftentimes his actions would result in juvenile punishment from the law.

So really, Cormac's choice in a career was relatively simple. A field where he could put his aggressiveness and natural strength to good use. He became a soldier for the Republic at the age of eighteen. And he was good. Not at the social aspect, mind you. He was still a rebel at heart, and got into scuffles with his peers more often than he should have. But he was a very good soldier, and it didn't take long for him to earn respect.

When he was 34, he received news while on a mission in the Outer Rim that his mother had fallen severely ill and didn't have much time left before she passed on. Cormac wanted to rush home to be with her, but his commanding officer wouldn't allow it. He barely made it home for her burial service.

This created a strong rift between Cormac and the Republic, but not strong enough to cause him to leave their ranks. Yet. Several years later, Cormac fell madly in love with a woman from Naboo, and they married soon after discovering that she was with child. The distance was difficult for Cormac. And it would become even more so a few months later.

Cormac's wife and unborn child were slain by a mentally unstable citizen of Coruscant, who was released from jail weeks prior due to insufficient incriminating evidence in his case. The emotional turmoil for Cormac was too much to bear. So he left the Republic, stealing the starfighter that would later become known as Nothing to Lose in the process.

That was seventeen years ago. Nowadays, Cormac is a bounty hunter well known in the criminal circles of the galaxy. He was recently hired by the newly formed Galactic Empire, the replacement of his now defunct former employer, to assist in the capture of fugitive Jedi.

Bio:
Luke born after the destruction of the Jedi order grew up jumping and using the force to provide a living. While he was slipping by in an alleyway Luke used the force to steal fruits. A dark Jedi caught Luke and trained him in bad ways. Luke who always has a good heart learned how to by sly but abandoned the dark Jedi and is on the run. Now armed with a red lighsaber he found a Jedi knight to open in to. The mentor kin ho Lou escaped when he was a Padawan trained like everyone else. Recently he took back a green lightsaber which he gave to Luke. Luke came down helping behind the shadows, finding ways to use his knives to kill troops and if in dire need use a blaster. The first rule is to only use a saber only if you need to.

Advanced with a lightsaber (1 in a 1,000), highly proficient with the force push, force jumping, and in dire need the force choke(he was mentored by a dark side).

Before he goes in search of her, though, he is further displaying his self-control by helping to insure that some, at least, of the younglings who are the future of the Order are taken to safety.

Ahsoka left the Jedi Temple after the Jedi Council stripped her of her rank and threw her to the clutches of an angry military and republic. Anakin Skywalker came to her rescue in the nick of time bringing the real culprit Barris Offee who was behind the bombing at the Temple to justice. The betrayal from her friend came as a mind-numbing blow. A feeling is plaguing her about the whole ordeal. She wasn’t sure if she could trust the council or herself but something deep down told her she needed to go back. She knew Anakin wanted her to stay and had asked her back but she refused. Now she began to wonder if leaving the order was a mistake. The two lightsabers were delivered to her via carrier. Anakin wanted her to keep them. Due to her background he talked the council into allowing her to keep them. The letter stated he missed her and hoped she would consider coming back. She never knew when the lightsabers might come in handy. She had locked them up in a safe. She looked at them with a strong urge to take them out.

She reached for them as she felt a great disturbance in the Force. A gut wrenching feeling that she knew all too well.

Bio: Born in the jungles of Haruun Kal, Jedi anthropologists encountered him upon his first months of age. He was eventually given to the Order by the Windu Clan six months after he was born. His name was chosen by the Order itself, since he wasn't old enough to be named in Horuun Kal.
As a Padawan, Windu trained under Master T'ra Saa. Eventually he became a Knight and a Master, and was recognized as one of the wisest and most powerful --- if not the most powerful Jedi of the Order. At one point, he became the Grand Master of the Order, but decided to ultimately give this honor to Master Yoda. He is --- or was, before the attack on the Jedi Temple --- a member of the Jedi Council.
Force Powers: At a very early age, Windu learned the Shatterpoint ability, which is a highly unusual skill that gives him the power to see shatterpoints in the Force, and hence, detect every enemy's weakness during battle and exploit it. This ability also allowes him to see how these shatterpoints would affect his future actions. This enables him to see into his own future at times.
He is the only Jedi in history to have mastered the Seventh Form: Vaapad. This allows him to channel his own darkness and that of the opponent during the duel, effectively countering the enemy's rage and dark side power against himself, which is why he is able to use Force powers such as Force crush, an ability that very few PT light side users can perform without falling to the dark side. This form also requires the user to enjoy the thrill of combat to its fullest, and provdes extreme combat speed to the user, to the point where an observer viewing a Vaapad user's duel will only be able to notice the blade's colour and movements without understanding the attacks.
He has mastered all forms of lightsaber combat and is considered by practically every Jedi as Yoda's equal in terms of fighting prowess. He is feared by every enemy he battles, and he was the one who ultimately defeated Darth Sidious.

Asajj Ventress had grown with a deep hatred for the Jedi that stemmed from her belief that they abandoned her slain former Master, Ky Narec, in his battle against the Warlords of Rattatak. Several years later, when Asajj had slain the Warlords in retribution, Count Dooku arrived on the planet and she declared herself a member of the Sith, to his amusement. He was impressed with her formidable skills but defeated her and brought her unconscious body to Darth Sidious, who assigned her the task of killing Anakin Skywalker.

She has slain multiple Jedi, but was unable to defeat either Obi-Wan Kenobi or Anakin Skywalker. Finally betrayed by her new master, Count Dooku, for having failed him and for being perceived as a threat due to her ever-growing mastery of the Force, she changed her mission to that of his destruction. After several failed attempts to kill Count Dooku (Darth Tyranus), even in conjunction with Jedi allies, her true alliance is now unknown, though she has stated that her ways are no longer that of a killer.

Force Powers and Rank: Asajj is a Dark Jedi who is extremely powerful in the Force, and known for her lightsaber skills, though considered dependent on her two blades. Her most notable Force powers are telekinesis, Force grip, and affect mind ability. She also had more rare Force talents, likely taught to her by the Nightsisters, as demonstrated by her ability to reanimate corpses and manipulate a Rancor. She has also demonstrated prowess as a pilot and in hand-to-hand combat; making her dangerous on every level.

After defeating General Grievous, Obi-wan continued to support the troops on Utapau until word of the creation of a Galactic Empire and the dissolution of the Jedi Order reached them and Commander Cody, considered a friend to Obi-wan, led his troops in attempting to arrest him. He was forced to fight back, unwilling to be taken prisoner by the clone troops, and managed to escape on his starfighter, where he made contact with the remaining Jedi to offer his aid and meet up with them.

Though an active participant in the Clone Wars, Obi-wan is well known for his preference for negotiating and his dislike of flying, along with his regular partnership with his former Padawan, Anakin Skywalker.

Still maintaining his position as the Moff of the Seswenna sector, Tarkin personally oversees the construction of the Death Star and its related technology. Though the Empire’s rise was not as planned, the promises of the Emperor are still in the forefront of Tarkin’s mind. His goals in the light of the Emperor’s death have changed, though the reason for them has not; Tarkin wishes for the success of the Empire and for his own power. Bio: Timhos was born on Alderaan in 35 BBY, and because of complications with his birth, his mother died in childbirth and his leg was injured, and he walked with a limp for the rest of his life. He was discovered by the Jedi and taken from his family to train at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant at the age of one. Although he was strong in the Force, he often seemed distracted, and would often be the last of the younglings to leave a room, because he was lost in thought. He showed a disdain for the written word, and, when quizzed by Master Yoda, never knew the contents of the holotexts he was supposed to have studied. The Jedi Masters referred to him as "difficult" to train and work with, and he seemed unlikely to ever find a Master.
Finally, however, at the age of fourteen, he crossed paths with an aged Gran master, Pieter Corbacoff, who felt called by the Force to train him. Pieter took Timhos on as his Padawan Learner, and attempted to teach him more about the ways of the Force. In mid 22 BBY, Master Corbacoff took him to begin the construction of his lightsaber. On Ilum, he began the search for his lightsaber crystal, venturing deeper and deeper into the caverns, yet finding nothing. Deep within the caverns, he became disoriented and realized he would be unable to find his way out. As the sun went down, he knew he would likely be trapped in the caves for a number of standard days, perhaps forever. At that moment, his leg flared up, and he collapsed, writhing, onto the ground, snapping his cane in two. On the frozen ground, barely able to move, he finally felt his crystal, on the other side of the tunnel. Using the Force, he attempted to calm himself and ease the pain of his leg. Soothing it to a dull, if unceasing, pain, he began to slowly drag himself towards the crystal. Finally, straining upward to reach it, he grasped it, and it broke off into his hand. The pain subsided in the same instant. He dragged himself upright, leaning heavily on the wall, and used the Force to try to find the way back. He felt a vague path, the remnants in the Force of the way he had come, which, using the wall as support, he followed slowly back to the entrance of the cave. He found it frozen over, for the long night of Ilum had come. Freezing, exhausted, barely able to stand, he leaned on the icy door, gathered the Force in one last desperate attempt, and shattered the ice n an explosion outwards. He rolled down the stairs and collapsed in a heap, landing directly in front of the worried Master Corbacoff. After Timhos had recovered, with the assistance of droid lightsaber historian Huyang, he built his yellow-bladed Jedi weapon, a form of modified lightsaber known as a sabercane.
On the way back to Coruscant, Timhos' master received a transmission from the Council. A war had broken out on Geonosis. Hundreds of Jedi had been massacred, and the few still alive only survived because of a Clone Army, a hitherto-unknown Grand Army of the Republic. Upon their arrival, Pieter and Timhos attended a memorial for the fallen Jedi.
In the months that followed, Timhos continued his training in the Temple under Corbacoff, who discovered that he had a talent for psychometry, picking up impressions and traces of information about an object and the events that have surrounded it.
Near the end of 21 BBY, Timhos and his master, along with a squad of clone troopers, were sent out on a mission to squash a separatist terrorist cell on Timhos' home planet of Alderaan. Using a blaster that Clone Commander Argos recovered from the site of a battle with the terrorists, Timhos traced the path of the blaster back to the terrorists' base. Once they reached the apartment which served as the terrorist cell's base, however, Timhos lost the guidance of the Force and became disoriented. Forced to protect Timhos and try to defend themselves from the terrorists, Pieter and the troopers had a difficult task. During the firefight, Commander Argos was shot protecting Timhos, at which point Timhos seemed to regain control, and ignited his saber. The battle soon ended, and the surviving terrorists were captured, but Timhos was troubled by his failure. Timhos spoke to Master Yoda about it, and Yoda reminded him that he should let go of his anger and grief, but that he should not let Argos' death be in vain. With that, Timhos threw himself into his studies, trying to increase his skill and ensure that he would not lose his focus in that way again.
Timhos served in a few more minor battles throughout the war, but spent much of his time training and on guard duty in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. While on a solo mission to Dantooine in late 20 BBY, Pieter Corbocoff was killed in action, leaving Timhos masterless. Not yet prepared to pass the trials, and with his position now in question, Timhos was in the Jedi Temple when Palpatine was killed and the Empire formed.

He also wears vambraces on his forearms and pauldrons on both shoulders both made of plastoid-alloy and both are colored olive green, but Barric only wears these for combat. Barric also wears a leather utility belt as well with pouches where he keeps items essential to the mission at hand. And as for weaponry he always carries with him his single bladed lightsaber with its entrancing blue blade. He also keeps a knife on his belt just in case. In order for Barric to get around the galaxy he has his customized Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor, as well as a small astromech droid named B8-18 or as Barric calls him just “B”.

Appearance: Bryce is an average looking man; he stands 6’0 tall, and even though he has light skin it has been thoroughly tanned from years of being outside. His body is toned and hardened from years of practice and exercise required of a Jedi, leaving him with sinewy muscles. Bryce has short brown hair, green eyes and what one would call an average face, with a straight nose, slightly bushy eyebrows and a friendly smile.

Bio: Barric had a rather normal upbringing. He was born on the planet of Voss to parents who farmed the land and made a decent living selling the fruit of their toil at market. Barric learned to live off the land with his father as his teacher, who taught him how to hunt, fish, and survive in the wilderness. But when he was not out with his father he was at home being taught by his mother the more academic side of life as well as proper manners and etiquette. But like most children who were adept to the force, it did not take long for the Jedi to find them.
It wasn’t until one day that the family went to market to sell their good that a mysterious man in a long robe stopped Barric’s father and began to talk to him quietly. At the time Barric was too young and had no idea what was taking place but he would soon learn that he was coming face to face with his own destiny. A short time later the man departed leaving Barric’s father to explain to him what was now to take place and that it was for the best. His parent’s loved him with all their hearts he knew and they wanted a better life for him. Later that night he left Voss never knowing if he would ever return home.
Years passed and the years that Barric spent at the Jedi Academy on Coruscant as a youngling drug on. Long and monotonous days of classes and practice filled Barric’s life now, learning of Jedi history, reading about and practically applying lightsaber techniques, as well as tuning into the force that dwelled within him. It was tedious work but Barric completed whatever task appointed to him dutifully. At night he still dreamed of Voss and if he would ever see his family again. He tried to wipe the memories from his mind, knowing a Jedi could have no ties with his former family, due to the emotional attachment, as well as for their own protection from those who would do harm to a Jedi’s family.
Years passed on once more and now Barric was a young man, who had grown strong physically as well as mentally, learning to tune into the gift of the force within him. He wasn’t the top of his class of padawans’ but he was soon chosen by a master when the time came, the same man who had found him on Voss, a Master by the name of Kay Ki-Shek. Under the tutelage of Master Ki-Shek Barric’s solid understanding of the force grew tenfold as his master taught him the ways of the force and how to apply them to any situation, as well as the application and use of the lightsaber and the seven forms, which Barric took great interest in and practiced even on his own time. Learning became more interesting under Master KI-Shek and Bryce was more prone to listening intently and understanding then he had been as a youngling.
By the time Barric was 20, Master Ki-Shek deemed that it was well past time for Barric to begin the trial to Knighthood, the council agreed but before Barric could be notified of the good news a war on a back water planet in the outer rim soon began involving the local inhabitants and a slaver army. This urgent news caused the trials to be delayed, Barric and his master soon departed for the backwater planet. While on the planet Barric and Ki-Shek took part in the war on the side of the local populace, fighting against the slavers in fierce guerilla warfare. But during an ambush that turned terrible wrong, their entire squad was wiped out Barric found himself alone with his severely wounded master. Barric continued on, carrying his Ki-Shek for three days through the wilderness with neither food nor water. They were forced to survive of what little they could scavenge from the earth. On the fourth day a friendly patrol found the two, sleep deprived, starved and looking as the patrol described “like zombies”. Upon their return to Coruscant and with the recovery of Master Ki-Shek complete, Barric was deemed ready to be promoted to the rank of Knight. The Council agreed that no trial would be necessary after such a harrowing act of selflessness and courage that Barric displayed during the mission; He was soon promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight. With the beginning of the Clone Wars Barric himself called upon more and more often by the Jedi council for missions and assignments that took him all crossed the galaxy to one bloody battlefield to the next, fight the Separatists wherever they were. He lost many friends along the way, fellow Jedi he had served with since he was a youngling as well as many clone soldiers under his command. But as the war drug on Barric found himself on a mission to the outer world rim of Toola, where he operated by himself in a clandestine manner in order to confirm the rumors of a Separatist presence on the planet. It was then he received news of Palpatine’s death and the formation of the Galactic Empire as well as the rumors of a coup put on by the Jedi order. And so Barric stayed on Toola trying to contact his fellow Jedi and waiting for a chance to return to the rightful republic


Force Powers and Rank: Barric has learned and mastered many of the essential force powers every Jedi must learn, including all the core and telekinetic powers such as Push, Pull, Throw, Leap and Sprint. But he also learned Force Breath Control as well as Force Healing from Master Ki-Shek. But as he gained the rank of Jedi Knight, Barric began to delve into other force powers on his own, learning from ancient holocrons passed down by past Jedi Masters. It was here he learned the powers of Force Light, Battlemind and Battle Meditation,

As a long-time supporter of the Jedi and advocate for peace, there was likely little surprise as Bail was one of the Senators to walk out on the newly declared Emperor. Since he’s trusted by Chancellor Palpatine, and could probably remain trusted by the new Emperor, he briefly considered remaining as part of the Galactic Empire to sow discord among the remaining Senators. But with Senators such as Mon Mothma and Padme Amidala also walking out, the good he could do to help form another government with those unsupporting of the Empire far outweighs what information he could get as a supposedly loyal Senator.

As soon as the order for the dissolution of the Jedi Order went out, Bail arranged for his ship, the Tantive IV, to make itself available to the Jedi and any Senators leaving the Empire, should they need transport.

Bio: Being brought up in the heart of the planets jungles on Hurran Kal. Raised by her exiled jedi mother that had the arts of healing. Being very useful to the tribe her mother was soon adopted in. Her father being the reason of her mother exiled would visit when his job brought him to the planet. Waiting to take his daughter Maya with him on more tame trips of his. Showing her how to pilot his ship along with more advance weapons then those with in her jungle tribe. Her mother wasn’t one to like this but knowing that she must know her father and his world he came from. Still teaching her the basic of the force. Knowing the skill she would need for when she would go on her trip with her father. Being a very quick learner of that was shown to her.

Coming back from one of her trip with her father, did she found her mother was no longer with them but one with the force. It was told by the head mother of the tribe that it had been a wild beast of the jungle. It was the trying that got her through this very dark time for her. It was still something that wasn’t right or just a deep feeling with in her. Just what only time would show her if it choose to. Among her things was a data pad with one name on it Mace and a password that she couldn't unlock. Just what was in it only time would tell, if she could figure out who this Mace person.

Even those she was welcome to stay within the tribe she choose to be with her father, which in time give her own ship. Now working from job to job that her father gives her. Coming back from time to time to her family on Hurran to bring back much need supplies to care for the sick. It was those that would call her the Sun warrior.

Now there was more work no days with the unrest of the galaxy. In time she would look at the job but also her father knew that she still had a lot of her moral that her mother had wouldn’t try to push her be on if he could help it. From time to time it would almost feel like something or someone would be watching her from time to time. Putting it off her mind as it was after all her life as smuggler one had to always be careful of others.
