Never saw those Cantina sets...I wonder if someone at the Phoenix got them all before anyone else did? I do not go there anymore...but, it is either that or we never got them here in Bloomington.

Target has New SP Ep3 Anikan Star Fighter $19.95
And a repackaged Light saber with a bonus DVD in it!!!! Also $19.95
I think I read that the DVD has some Clone Wars cartoon's on it.

Greenwood update.
All stores: A JOKE TRU had the most with some old VOTC figs and a few $40.00 MF's.

 

Westside K-Mart had the preview figures and the new legos. They also had ASK YODA on clearance for $10 if ANYONE was interested. Please read the error thread for details.

I am getting ready to head to Target, I hope that they still have the Stormtrooper.

Well, they did not have either of them. I guess in the two hours from when you posted and I got there, someone got there and bought them. I ran into Sara and she said she bought her's yesterday. So, it wasn't her...oh well, we will probably not see them again forever!

LEAKED OUT EP 3 Galactic Hero's at Target!!!!!!
They had:
Palpatine / Yoda
Grievous / Obi- Wan
Anikin / Dooku

The Palpy is very cool looking in his Cherry red robe and darker red light saber.



Also Target has the transition figures on clearance for $4.88

 

Toys R Us in Greenwood has some interesting stuff out yesterday. They had several each of the new Unleashed figures except the Stormtrooper.(of course)
They had a ton of the Galactic Heroes collection...not the new ones, but all of the old ones from the beginning. EIII preview figures, tons of lightsabers including Luke and Vader. Jedi Counsil on Clearance were there also. Nothing too new, but a lot there. Had a huge display with a paper detailing their lay out plans for all new merchandise hanging behind it.

Wal-Mart had the Anakin Star fighter this morning. Looks like they just put them out, but I could be wrong.

K-Mart West had 4 full cases of Ep3 figures
Ep3 Unleashed
Ep 3 ships & deluxe figures .The cases CLEARLY said "Do not Release before April 2.2005 " On them. Thank you KWest employees!!!

I got the only Grievous Unleashed.
I spent around $150.00 and dint get everything!!!

BIG UPDATE!

Went back to K-West this mourning to get the rest of the figures I dint get Yesterday and the Cash registers would not ring up the figures!
They Manager came out in a panic and TOOK them away from me saying We cant sell these yet. I in return told him I bought 25 of them yesterday with no problem.
He offered to put them in his office until April 2nd for me. I said , No thanks I'll go to Walmart at midnight.

 

Echo-3 what I don't understand is this. Who dictates the release date? Is there an actual consequence for breaking the street date?

What droids/troopers did you see at K-Mart?

 

I think it is a Lucas Films / Hasbro, joint that desides that.
I seen and got :
Three clone troopers
Three Super battle droids
two battle droids
Three R2-D2's
Four c-3PO's
I only got One 3PO and only two R2's.

 

Wal-Mart had a lot of the preview figures last night while I was in there. If you have missed any of them, check it out.

K-Mart in Bedford had many Clone Wars figures...plenty of each.

Target has the three new vehicles from EPIII. One each of Anakin and Obi-Wan Jedi Star Fighter and one General Grevious Wheel ship. It was pretty sweet and came with a figure.

Boy, That statement is really pi**ing me off!

The family and I drove to Super Wal-Mart in Martinsville tonight.
I walked down the action figure isle and to my excitement ..Ep3 Figures!!!!
They even has the later case assortment with the 2nd versions of Anie,Ob-Won and Yoda.
So I got to the check out and even before the guy rings them up he looks at them and then looks at me and say's " OH OH ". I looked at him and said " Dont you even tell me you cant sell these!!!"
He replied "I dont think the register will key them out. "
I said " Why is there 10 rolls of empty Ep3 pegs back there if you cant sell them?" He simply said ," We cant get a straight answer on that one."
He called his manager up and I TOLD HER that having them out on the pegs with price tags was very mean and that Walmart was teasing us. Know anyone that knows me and how I feel about my figures,Know I said this to her with the up most sincerity in my vice. I mean it I was very angry to say the least.
Oh well ,looking back now, I always have Midnight madness. Right?

When I was in Walmart this mourning getting the Clone Wars DVD, I went to the toy section and the stock boy was putting toys away.I seen LOTS of Ep3 Lego's on the shelf and some of the 8 inch figures on the crates with the box's OPEN. I ask him why they had the stuff out if they went allow to sell it.He said some stuff rang up and some stuff would not.
I did score the Clone Wars 3 pack figures with no problem.

 

I was in Wal-Mart last night and do not recall seeing the three packs for the Clone Wars DVD! Hmmm, were they with the toys or with the DVD's????

There is Toy Fair and There is Lee's Guide to Action Figures. Toy Fair tends to run on the high side.
