Evan, IN Recital--Now with all video links posted!

So Saturday is my Senior recital and I'm just throwing an invitation out to all of you, if you're interested.

Where: UE campus, Fine Arts building, Wheeler Concert Hall (All of this is on Rotherwood Ave)
Time: 4:00 PM (Should last about a half hour)

Small reception will follow.

What kind of music will it be?

 

If its like the scene from Fifth Element, I'm soooo there.

 

I have a set of Italian, German, English, and a French aria from Carmen. I have translations for those who come, lol. It's mostly classical though, but with words, so it's slightly more interesting.

And Cole, it'll probably slightly similar to that scene in Fifth Element, except it'll only be a piano accompanying me instead of a strange rock/techno orchestra...

Cindy and I may actually be able to attend. The birthday party we were planning to attend that day has been postponed. No promises yet, but we'll see if we can make it!

You did a very good job, Beth. You almost broke the glass I was drinking from...

 

It was truly a great recital. Not only does Beth have great control of her voice, powerful delivery and good range, but she also did a superb job on selecting pieces that made her voice stand out! Awesome!!!

How long have you been singing opera?

 

about 4 years now...and it took every bit of those four years to get what you heard

 

If there is ever an "American Opera" you should try out.

Opera as in Idol.
