    Rogue Leader
    Rebel Strike
    Bounty Hunter
    Jedi Outcast
    Resident Evil 0
    Super Smash Bros Melee
    Super Mario Sunshine
The Legenda of Zelda: The Windwaker

I'm looking to get Metroid soon, but what else would you guys recommend?

You pretty much got the cream of the crop there. Perhaps Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes?

and if you've got three friends to play with I HIGHLY recomend the Mario Party games. I prefer 4 over 5 though...grumble grumble took out Donkey Kong as a playable character...grumble...

Try Pikmin. It is one of my favorite games. And it only costs twenty bucks.

Yeah Pikmin is quite addictive... even if you're over 20.

Don't forget Metroid or Star Fox either!!!

And if you like sports games NBA Street Vol. 2 is a must.

I was quite bitter about Donkey being taken out as a playable character myself in Mario Party 5... even though it's a better game.

    F-Zero GX.

Go out and get it RIGHT NOW. It doesn't even matter if the store's closed.

    Praise Chattur'gha.

Check out Eternal Darkness- a killer game with a great story that really drives you onward through the game, which was, alas, criminally overlooked by the masses.

(But, as a side result you can find it at a pretty good price nowadays.)

    Three other fun finds:

-Animal Crossing (a game that is addictive and fun to play even if it's impossible for anyone to actually say why)
    -Ikaruga (top-down arcade shooter)
-Super Monkey Ball (1 or 2) (a great combination of Marble Madness, mini-games and party games)
-Viewtiful Joe (one of the top games of the last few years that is just pure joy to play)

Oh, and I found Mario Party 5 to be much more enjoyable than Mario Party 4 (5's item capsule system was better than the item store of 4).

You might also want to grab the gorgeous-looking remake of the original Resident Evil. VERY creepy to play (especially at night!).

I'd give another vote for Eternal Darkness. Possibly the best £5.50 I ever spent.

But the controls of the Resident Evil remake are as goofy as the original on PS1. I'd say go for Eternal Darkness. If you still must have an RE game i'd recommend you to wait for RE4. But seeing that you have RE 0, i guess you probably want to know what happens next.

And BTW Timesplitters 2 is an excellent FPS. Consider that one too.

    Hitman 2
    XIII
    Resident Evil

"But the controls of the Resident Evil remake are as goofy as the original on PS1"

The controls in Resident evil are deliberatley like that, it makes it scarier, and there not really that bad.

A GameBoy player for sure. It's the same price as a normal Gamecube game.

Animal Crossing is a fun one, especially with the built-in NES Emulator. Betcha can't get Punch-out!! :-B

"Go out and get it RIGHT NOW. It doesn't even matter if the store's closed." Now now AR we don't want this kid in jail far away from the 'cube. Also wait for the Star Fox game coming out, Call of Duty:FH,Metroid Prime 2, and Don't forget MGSTS.

    Well, he's hardly a kid.

But F-Zero GX owns all other racing games ever. Those cars leave Podracers in the dust. The fastest a Podracer's gone is somewhere in the realm of 1500 km/h with boost on. F-Zero cars can pull 1100 km/h at normal cruising speed, and they go up to 3000+ km/h on some courses.

And I cast another vote for Eternal Darkness.

Someone please explain to me why it didn't get every game award possible. It had everything!

You play as different persons in different times. That explains it.

And BTW, in response to this:

At the end it all comes down to how fast the game itself makes it look. After all, I had Lamborghini for the N64 and while the speedometer showed 300 km/h it looked as if I was moving in 50 km/h. I've played SW: Racer on N64 too. It was very fast, but come on, it wasn't really 600 km/h.

Tactics Advance is on the Gameboy Advance, but i guess you could do the adaptor thing to run it on the gamecube too...
