Reconstruction in Icarus

I have the same thread on Fanfilms, so I hope this is not spam. Just want some more opinions.

I'm always having trouble creating the perfect digital model of my head. There always seems to be a little something off when I make it myself.

I was wondering if I could film my head and rotate 360 degrees and move it slowly in all other directions, motiontrack it in Icarus, and then use the reconstruction to recreate a model of my head. Is Icarus a good enough program to do this? Is there a special way I would need to film? Also, I have never used the reconstruction section of Icarus, so is there anything else I would need to know?
