Gaming Red Dead Redemption 2

After all this time, it's finally here !!!

YES! I am ready...this is probably one of most favorite games ever!

 

It's odd how Rockstar is advertising for the upcoming game while you're logging into GTA V. Just because it's the same label doesn't mean all GTA players are that eager to buy the new Read Dead game.

 

That's....not odd at all. It makes perfect sense to advertise their huge upcoming game within their other huge game. And I would imagine the vast majority of GTA players actually do plan on playing this as well.

 

I don't know about majority. There must be thousands and thousands of GTA V players; to suggest over 50% of them are eager to play that Western based game might be a bit of a stretch.

 

Considering Red Dead's huge success, its understandable. If you don't want to play it, don't. but you cant blame Rockstar for promoting it that way.

I cant wait to play this.

 

If you were a fan of the original game (Red Dead), I'd imagine that you wouldn't have needed such advertisement to get excited over the sequel.

The wait is over. To be honest, I like Gun better than Red Dead Redemption.

 

I loved Red Dead Redemption.

My very excited face cannot wait for this.

 

Gameplay trailer. I loved RDR, I think it was the last game I actually played. I think I need to break it out again. And then buy a PS4 before the end of October.

 

Maybe it's just me, but it does seem a little odd that this takes place in the Old West; and you have a fully functional GPS to guide you as you ride your horse throughout the landscape.

 

Yeah, that's just you.

 

Because everyone in the Old West had GPS gear like that.

Because it’s a video game.

 

This game is going to destroy my life. Between it and the new Assassin’s Creed, the upcoming holiday season will be filled with video gaming. Not that I’m complaining or anything.

This but unironically. Or as unironically as intended, maybe.

 

Between fishing and liar's dice, I'll be lucky if I ever see the end of the campaign.

 

I'm more curious to see what the multiplayer will be like in the new game. I never got around to playing the original game; and while I did like the solo campaign in GTA V, I haven't gone back to it really since beating it once through. It's GTA Online that keeps me playing the game more.

 

What if you can fish with friends?
