red nose day??

are we going to do something? may be during the day as night time will be not very safe, at forbidden planet (either boro or newcastle) or toys r us

had an idea last night
travelling man in newcastle has a down stairs (they were selling stuff down there once) we could set up a photo op for charity (red nose day) i have a portable 6x4 printer that you only need a memory card.
have a couple of us upstairs pimping the photo op
just a thought

 

sounds like fun to me! happy to join in the fun and will try and raise the rebels!

just got back from newcastle and had a word with the manager of travelling man (jamie) and ....... he seems really up for it
i took him a cd with some pics on it, told him about the hmv stuff we had done and gmex, he was going to have a look at the pics and he wanted to get in a meeting to discuss logistics, he was even saying the photo op may be on the main shop floor, if not there is downstairs
i have sent him the links for here and rebel legion, now we just wait for jamie to get back in touch
may be a nice precursor to the NUFC one

oh i forgot to mention if the next meeting takes place i was hoping to get a couple of you guys to come along to meet jamie and make sure there is nothing i have forgotten, i also may take along the props we use (my cane and a lightsaber etc)and some FF literature

iam in 2 minds to contact the manager again i sent him 2 emails last week and he hasn't replied, i don't want to seem pushy but i want to get things sorted out and get people organised and allocate them jobs
what should i do, i was thinking of contacting him tommorow but later on in the day or very early not to disrupt his working day too much
