Fingers crossed for Knights of the Old Republic Volume 2.

 

I want Knight of the New Republic. Or Knights of the Galactic Alliance.

Whatever, I want something further down the timeline, but slower paced. Not a galactic war epic with invasions and aliens and stuff. I want some small scale adventures!

 

Normally I'd say no way in hell would they do KOTNR, but it could be a sly way to pre-emptively capitalize on ST hype.

 

Maybe the huge announcement is that the license will stay with Dark Horse.

If the license stays with DH, that would be winning on a grand scale, IMO. Don't think its likely, but one can only hope....

Yeah, I think DH has really messed up by not giving us any comics in the post-NJO era aside from Legacy. Some of the supporting Jedi characters from the novels would really work well in the comics. Imagine an arc about Cilghal dealing with a plague, Corran leading a JCIS team, or Kyp being able to actually do something again! Possibilities = endless.

 

Yeah, I'm actually not big on Kyp doing things.

 

Come on, he only blew up one, maybe two, solar systems. It's not like terrible things happen every time he does stuff!

 

i wonder if it would be underwhelming like a continuation of the qui-gon jinn telos series from last year or boba fett is dead continuation. I wouldn't mind them, but they are no earthshaking reveals.

 

Picturing Special Agent Leroy Jethro Corran Horn of JCIS just made my day. This needs to happen.

 

What about a series that focuses on the events of the Galactic Civil War that get the least exposure, like the Battle of Hoth?

I have always wanted to see that battle from another angle...

To be honest if they do another Sunber story and he takes part in the Battle of Hoth I am sold.
