FF:QLD Regent tickets on Sale!!!

YES I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE MIDNIGHT SHOWING TODAY!!

talk abouit lack of advertising though..but go get em people!

I'll be getting them on saturday (and hopefully some toys too!)

 

Actually Kahli, one of my first thoughts was to ring you, but didn't have your mobile on my phone, and don't have net access at work! But the thought was there.

A friend contacted me at work and got mine for me, otherwise I'd probably have bought 5 or so for whoever.

You can't do it over the phone though, have to go in!

Hope you all get some tomorrow or Saturday!

 

It's all good Kahlan - I work in town so it's not a big deal.

I guess this means we're all going to regent? Oh well. ah, I mean YAY!

 

Well I'm figuring on the premiere at the Regent..then to the Imax on the Saturday or something!..and then GOld Class at Chermside if it gets it..then the outdoor cinema at Southbank..then on DVD on my home theatre!

that's the plan anyway.

I would encourage everyone to get in before Monday! Tickets sell very well! I hope we all end up in the same cinema!

 

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but I will be at the Regent early, wearing Jedi robes and carrying a sign with words to the effect of "The End is Nigh!"

Count me in! I was thinking that very thing yesterday! I'll probably be buying the tix for the Saturday Southbank screening (if available) when I get my Regent tix. Or at least finding out what times their screenings will be, then getting back to the forums here to get a poll up for Saturday Cineplex Southbank screening time.

 

Well I know that two of us have tickets for Cinema 3 at the Regent, myself included. So...

 

Oh bother! What a time to be stuck elsewhere on holidays. Does anyone know:
(a) If Star Wars premieres sold out quickly in previous years, and
(b) If it's easy to order tickets through Greater Union's website?

 

Hey I know G ordered his online. I couldn't do it on Thrusday on-line though. It must be possible however.

That is a lot of use to me. I don't know if I can get into the city tomorrow... Oh well...

 

It turns out ordering online is very simple, provided you have credit card access, of course. Failing that... well, I'm sure they won't sell out TOO quickly. Only a small group of paranoid fans (i.e. us) will snap them up this early.

You can get the tickets online for the Regent now through the greater union website. $15.
Really not sure whether I can/should go to the premiere. Been planning to since AOTC, but I don't really have anyone to go with, have to be at TAFE at 8 in the morning... Last time I was with a big group, but this time I'll be on my lonesome :'(
