That's great Miramax! Looking forward to meeting you. I used to work for Enterprise so little tip here. Go to their website (cheapest rates) and get one just for the weekend and compare the airport and sites away from the airport. If you absolutely have to have one that is the way to go. Enterprise is usually the cheapest, but not always. Do not go through Expedia or one of those places to book a car, they charge a cancellation fee, if you had to cancel for some reason. You don't need a credit card to reserve a car with Enterprise so you can cancel at any time and you can continue to check rates up to the day of pick up to ensure you get the cheapest rate.

The Midwest Regional Meeting planning committee would like to announce that Aaron Allston, author of the upcoming book ?Legacy of the Force1: Betrayal? will be signing at the Borders bookstore in Sunset Hills on Saturday June 10th.

Mr. Allston has also graciously agreed to hold a talk with attending members of the Regional meeting on Friday night, June 9th. This will be a great opportunity for aspiring writers and readers to get an inside look of the writing and publishing process.

Come on guys, we need to know for sure who all is coming so we can make plans for cars and who will be where when. It's getting down to zero hour and the three of us are starting to worry a lot. We want to be able to get a firm list on who we can count on to go to the hospitals, the signing, and the picnic to help set up and drive.

Christina and I are on all night and we both have the payment info, all you have to do is ask either of us for it and we'll be happy to send it to you.

 

I'll be there for sure, but my car is still sitting in the driveway, so I'm still going to need a few weeks before I pay.

 

I know I am waiting on DH to get paid by the military.

Well, since I wasn't able to make the meeting because of Darth Work, what was this special announcment?

 

With the Regional quickly approaching... we need volunteers!! We will need drivers, escorts, and set up people. Is there a possibility of everyone meeting sometime before the 9th to organize all the stuff we need to do? Let me know when a good time for you will be! I am mainly free anytime till the 5th!!

I am open everyday, but haven't limited time on the 3rd.

 

I got no job, no school for a while so I'm good during the week.

Does everyone have a costume for the Regional meeting? Cause we're all going to need them for the Saturday signing. More info on that in a bit I have 4 costumes I can lend out, they will fit people near my size give or take. Randy's also got a X-Wing pilot that he's not going to need for that day that could be borrowed.

 

We need everyone that plans on attending the Regional to attend this pre-planning meeting so you guys need to help decide on a time to get together...

If we meet the weekend of the 26th I can be there, I think. Or Friday night the 2nd is even better. I'm flexible though.
