They want us to do lightsaber demos again and since Claire's probably not coming, Scott's stuck with me Think I'm doing a rebel pilot now because it lets me move, and Leia dueling just doesn't work.

 

I'm pretty free most weekends, just no friday will work for me while I'm still at FedEx.

 

How about the morning of the 27th. It is a Saturday. I would like to get this taken care as far out in advance as we can... ah, me and my insecurities.

 

Hopefully I"m good. Still waiting on work.

 

I think I have fencing on that morning.

 

I can't do anything next week since I will be out of state. I won't be back until the afternoon of the 28th and I really doubt I will feel like doing much after being on a couple different planes and a 2-3 hour layover in Denver.

 

Has a time been decided on yet?

Whoops...I skipped right over the Scott not making it part. Then I remembered the t-ball crap also. Oh, well...you pick a date and a time and I'll do my best to be there....even if I have to do a conference call.

 

I'm open any day. What time can people do on 5/27? Or would the Friday or Sunday work better. Based on what we're going to have to arrange sooner is better than later.

 

Ok, Christina and I talked. We decided Sunday, May 28th 5pm should work well. Memorial day is that Monday so a lot of people have off work then. Meeting at the Friday's on Brentwood, near the Galeria. I'll get an address.

Hopefully at that meeting we'll have a list of what's going to go on for sure with the Borders thing. We'll post who is doing what after the meeting

Okay I thought we were going to two hospitals. Which is the one where we are to come in costume outside of the hospitals? Is that Friday?

 

One hospital and its Saturday. Only one hospital was really willing to work with us and could accomedate enough people. I think they want us there at 10am, but honestly that's Leash's department so she'd be a better one to tell you.
