Yes, we have dates for next year and as the rules were changed for registration, we are registered!! So people, starting thinking!

We have have a few suggestions for theme next year, one was Cartoon Heroes and Villans and another was Disco Dudes and Divas (SEQUINS!! LOL!) But Any and all suggestions are welcome and later in teh year we will put it to a vote. But right now, conversations, ideas and suggestions are all welcome, so please, let's hear them! As for fund raising, I have started saving personally, over $30 already! But we also want ideas for fund raising! So lets talk people!

Wonderful Idea! What I will do is give it a month or two and then put up a poll with all the suggestions, then everyone can vote!

Relay is open to everyone and anyone who wants to be in the team. We are allowed up to 15 per team, but there is no "ladies or gentlemen' only

Yes, I had notification today that the date for next years Relay has been changed!! It is now the 19th - 20th of March due to the previous weekend being Adelaide Cup Long weekend....although alot would prefer that, an extra day to recover!!! So start thinking about things people, we need more ideas!!

Having talked to alot of the people from this years team, several have said they are not doing it next year, but those who were not SAFFers and are in next year have all voted for Disco theme. Unless I have an overwhelming resistance from here, I am going with it. The fact is I've only had three people from the SAFF confirm for next year, so I cant in all good conscience call the team SAFF. So far I have had 7 people outside SAFF ask to be involved, and keeping that in mind, I think that if we dont get more interest from here, we will have to just have a fun team with no affiliation. We would have our ten, but as always more are welcome and I would welcome members here with open arms. So, I will leave this thread open for those interested and if they wish to put in ideas and suggestions, they are very welcome. So far we have talk of disco balls, battery operated fairy lights on tents, sequins galore and even a makeshift dance floor! So please, if you wish to be involved, put your ideas up, let us know. I have the kit and money raising can start now, giving you 8 months to raise money!!

I did see big curly wigs at Neds today for $10 and I saw packets of Four Mirror balls (mini ones) for $2!!! Yes, I have begun to search.

Hi everyone, due to lack of team members and interest this year, we are going to give it a miss. It falls the weekend of the Clipsal and the weekend after Armageddon and many have other committments. So thank you to those who showed interest, alas we will be taking a year off this year.
