Time: Arrival 11am. Opening Ceremonies - Noon. Depart 1/1:30pm

We have been invited to participate in this year's Relay for Life, as it is being planned as "A New Hope". Plans have begun for activities and we are asked to be a big part of the show.

Due to some restrictions that were recently handed down from Disney/LFL, our participation is limited for this event. By limited, I mean we will be available to walk around and pose for pictures. Feel free to stay in character and interact with the crowd.

There are a few opening ceremony times planned (Noon, 3, 6, and 9:30pm). I already advised that the 9:30 ceremony may be too late for us. We can arrive when we are available, so we can determine the time we would like to be there. I understand some people have work scheduled that could limit their appearance, but feel free to participate how you can.

UPDATE 5/21 - Parking is available in the main lot, near the thruway (via the ball diamonds). Changing areas are secure and located behind the restrooms.

I will not be able to attend this event- this is the date of the Bisons Superhero Night.

 

I plan to attend this. We had a warm reception last year and this year will likely be bigger.

 

Have to see when we're closer to the date and I get my schedule...

I volunteer for the Dawn to Dusk Relay annually for the township of Amherst; that gig has usually ended by 7:00 PM. When does this event run?

Hmm, I might do this one. I won't know until it gets to about a couple of weeks before. With scheduled SWN filming and Peter's end-of-year graduation prep, I don't want to over-commit.
