Sth Bend, IN Remaining Official

Ok gang, South Bend is one of our oldest official chapters, so I hate to do this but I need to bring a few things to your attention.

In order to remain official, you need to

1) Have a CR to be the official contact person for the group;
2) Have real life, in person meetings and/or gatherings.

If these conditions are not filled, it's going to be hard to justify letting you maintain your ?official? status. That said, I?m more than willing to give you guys some time to get things organized, but I need to know if there is still a desire to be an official chapter.

First things first, is there anyone interested in the CR position? Your group must have a CR. It doesn?t require a lot of time, but we need to have a contact person that is willing to represent your group. I?ll be happy to name an interim CR if necessary.

Second: what kind of meeting/event are you guys interested in? This could be something as simple as getting together for dinner and a movie, or going on a toy run or anything else that involves three or more people getting together.
