Ren Faire this weekend

    Anyone else interested in going to the Iowa Western Renaissance Faire this weekend? We're planning to go on Sat. since Sunday is Father's Day. If anyone else is interested we could make it a group outing...?

    The family & I are planning on going (Saturday I think. gotta confer with boss lady). If we can all agree on a time, we could make it a group thing.

    The hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sat. - $12 at the gate, $10 advance tickets at Burger King or Hy-Vee. We were planning to get there soon after 11 since parking is always such a hassle.

    (And Mark, you should at least wear the jedi robe, people'd think you're a monk.)

    Arghhh! Working weekends sucks in this aspect. It sure is nice having 4 days in a row off, but to miss these cool events...
    I feel a parsec late and a cred short!
