So the selling point is that its internal temperature approaches that of the earth's core?

I'm seeing a few replies with "nothing" for breakfast. I used to be a breakfast-skipper, but ever since I made it my biggest meal of the day, my energy over the whole day has gone through the roof. Why don't people eat their breakfasts, anyway?

i usually don't eat breakfast. i'm never hungry first thing in the morning and it's usually a rush to get ready for work so instead i just drink tons of coffee. i realize it's something i should correct but i have to force myself to eat anything if i do and it's usually just piece of fruit or some yogurt.

Mmm... a fruit yogurt sounds like it would be delicious right now.

I totally understand the not-feeling-hungry thing in the morning. I used to the feel the exact same way, but once I made breakfast a routine, the appetite eventually became automatic.

Yeah but you also eat too much unhealthy food and try to balance it with working out, which is silly. No point in criticizing others for not eating breakfast.

That would definitely be silly, except I don't do work outs to balance bad food. Never have. You would have a good point about my diet and the hypocrisy of criticizing people for not eating breakfast, except I have only discussed breakfast in the context of acquiring energy, not health. A bit different, you know.

Cor, your diet is ridiculous. You have absolutely no room to be advising others.

I usually eat yogurt or a protein bar with several cups of coffee. Lunch is either quinoa, a burrito or whatever is edible from the cafeteria at work. Dinner is salad or pasta.

I'd post what I ate today but I haven't eaten anything yet.

A big breakfast is a nice idea but not when I leave for work at 6:50 am.

Just polished off 2 cups of Barry's Tea with a bowl of Bachelor's baked beans and fried potatoes. It's about as Irish as you can get for an herbivore wanting to eat unhealthily for breakfast.

I had a bowl of Branflakes (with sliced banana) for breakfast. For lunch, bread dipped in egg. I'm about to have some of a lasagne I made for dinner.

You can eat bad food and get by depending on your activity. The winner of the most Olympic Gold Medals isn't exactly the world's healthiest eater. But if you are not exercising with your bad eating habits you can forget it.

Most people eat little to no breakfast, a medium sized lunch, and a large dinner. Everyone is a little different but it should be the opposite. A large meal to start off then getting smaller as the day goes. High metabolism folks can get by in almost every way but the rest suffer, hence America is the fattest and most unhealthy country on Earth aside from countries stricken with severe poverty.
